So almost everytime I come here, a window pops up (I know it's not an internet pop-up), but a download for this file called 'terms.pdf'. I have previously downloaded the same file of the name and got a virus.

Sounds like they're trying to hide a virus disguised as the "Terms and Conditions" of a forum. Hasn't happened to me yet, though, but like Bob, I will keep the forum updated.
