Legends Episode Ranking System: Fanfic Edition

After reading over RJF and others' rankings of episodes in the Heart Room several days ago, I got to thinking: why couldn't we do that with the fanfics in this thread, too? I'm not sure how we would be able to do it, but it would be an intriguing way to see what other people think of others' work, and would give us a feel as to how the episode might go if it actually happened in real life. I'm thinking that we'd use a system similar to how we do the real episodes, grading each segment of the show on a scale of 1 to 10, and then averaging them all out at the end.

I want to get you guys' opinions before I embark on something like this. Good idea, or not?

If you want to, it's up to you. But, I'm not gonna participate, sorry. I'm not a fanfic reader, and it would be hard for me to rank something I really have no interest in. I'm not saying you can't do it, but I wouldn't be able to follow along with it.

Fair enough.

I think I'll start out easy, with a fic of my own.  I'll be picking it at random, and analyzing it like it was a real episode, in the same manner RJF did the regular episodes.

I'll probably start this weekend, when I have more time to do it.

Well, I've only now gotten around to this, but I'm still interested in doing this little "project".  I'm going to be preparing to analyze my first fanfic next week, at about this time.

Utilizing a random number generator, I've gotten the number 50, so the first episode I'll be doing will be one of my own, "The Oil-Soaked Rags of the Japanese Ninja".  I'll be analyzing the rounds like you guys do on the Heart Room threads.
