Well, you've come to the right place. When you say "want a user bar," do you mean that you want one in your signature at the bottom of every post, or do you want to create your own? (Or both?)

Sure. First, find the userbar you want, then right-click it (or control-click it on a Mac, I suppose) and select "Properties." From there, highlight the "location" URL of the image and press Ctrl+C to copy it. Then, click the "Profile" link toward the top of the forum's pages, and in the box that says "Signature," press Ctrl+V to paste the URL. Then, type the tags on the beginning and end of the URL, so you end up with something like this:

By the way, Ed. You're correct! For the Mac platform, press and hold control then click the desired userbar, then a menu should should show up with an option that says "Copy Image Address", or something to that effect. You click that option then, using the img bookend brackets shown in Ed's code box, paste the image url into the signature portion of your profile.
