I didn't know where to put this, but since this is the subforum for fansites, I felt it would be most helpful here.

GeoCities is closing for good in a few months.  I suggest moving your servers if you use it.

I was planning on working on my site again so now I know I need to find a new server. Luckily you pointed out that the site is closing for good. It looks like I have two months to find another site to host my work.  :?

Hey RJF, I am glad you asked that question. So far I have had no problem in moving my work from my old cite to a new site. Unfortunately, I am using a freeweb account for now, which is just plain horrible. I am hopefully going to find a new host by the end of the year.  :)

Once I am done formatting and putting the old content up, I think I will start writing for more episode pages since I have a lot of old episodes saved on my computer. For the ones I don't have, I guess I will just use the MegaVideo uploads on the site. The only thing though that is discouraging me from continuing is the content on the site itself. I am trying to find a way to make my site different from the rest since mine looks like a ripoff of the all the other fansites.  :?

If you know any HTML for site formatting and such, try Bravenet or Sitesled.  I've been using hosts like those a lot in a different online community, and they haven't failed me yet.

Awardspace.com is totally free, and co.cc domains are also totally free (for noncommercial purposes, like Legends websites), so you're all good.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. :D

I am not familiar with HTML but know a lot about sitesled. I am also looking into AwardSpace too. Anything that is not freewebs is good enough for me.
