The Heart Room / What are things on "Legends"...

PS, today they got a Spive Girls album and video for not making it across the most today. Wouldn't that have been considered a good prize back then (for the girls)? :P

The Spice Girls broke in 1996.  Legends stopped filming in 1994.  Most of the prizes we say today are new advertisements inserted in the regular episodes, evident by the random announcer's voice.

The Heart Room / Quirkiest episode?
« on: July 01, 2006, 08:03:06 PM »
All the early episodes are quirky as shit.

From what I recall from "Wild Bill Hickok and the Dead Man's Hand", it was just... off.

And from Galileo's Cannonball, I'm convinced that THAT Temple Run was the first ever.  Listen in to how long the interview is before the run.  "Where do you think the Temple Guards are?"  The lagging footage of the Temple as Kirk explains the rules.  Kirk being on-screen for the entire first Temple Game.

Jennifer, the *insert team here* that unfortunately lost in the moat crossing in *insert episode here*.

Damn, she was awesome.

I'm not sure it would be encouraged or wise for people to feature severed body parts on a kids game show, especially the head.

Stone Head of the Evil King disagrees.

The Treasure Room / Make up Your Own Kirk Entrances

The door in the chamber of the sacred markers opens revealing Kirk, he then runs into the Pit and swings on the roap across and onto the stage.

That implies that you can walk from the Chamber to the Pit.  But you can't.  It's a crawl space.

Climb out of the moat, except have him be completely dry.

The Heart Room / What episode was this from?
« on: June 29, 2006, 03:28:59 PM »
No, what would be funny is if DBB was chilling back there smoking a blunt and with a Penthouse and the kid came back there.  THAT'D be hysterical.

The Heart Room / Dumbest person/persons?

Lauren from The Dried Apple Half of William Tell.  It took her fifty seconds to just get to the stairwell to the King's Storeroom, where time expired.

Here's one.

Pull all three books in the Crypt.  Or hit all three tongues or Royal Gongs.

The Heart Room / Favorite Team?
« on: June 29, 2006, 07:58:59 AM »
I hate the Red Jaguars.  All their appeances in the Temple in Season 1 - and having most of them suck - solidifies my opinion.

I also vividly recall when Season 3 premiered.  The first seven episodes all had Green Monkeys go to the Temple.  Grr.

The Heart Room / Most pointless room ever
« on: June 27, 2006, 07:22:59 PM »
INCLUSION!

The Treasury of Golden Orbs.  Sure, it made that room space so you HAD to complete the objective in it, but I still feel the Idols could have done the same.  Someone probably broke it.

Furthermore, what was the point of three orbs?  Just take one, put it on.  If it doesn't work, take the orb off.  Put it on the next one.

By far, the Spider's Lair.  The webbing was completely useless.

The Dungeon was equally lame.
