I gave it an 8. It was a loss but was really enjoyable.

I personally gave this run a 7. It was a good loss, but it could've been better. By better, I mean it could've been a great win. Jim got unlucky with that Crypt temple guard. If anything, that guard should've been in the Ledges for the direct path trick. However, Kristin was too slow at the start. It was a good thing she got the half pendant, but she took too much time finding it after entering the Mandarin Hand. The rooms she completed before the Silver Monkey, she completed them a little slowly. It was with the Silver Monkey where she picked up the pace, but it was too little, too late. I still think this was a good loss, but not as good as some folks make it out to be.

I gave them a 9. It was a very exciting temple run, despite all the mistakes made. Though Jim really should've gone in second.

Wow, 9 votes! Can we get 10 please? :o

I feel almost lonely that I voted for 7. Who else gave them a 7? I'm curious. :P

Yup, I kept the "View Votes" button active the whole time. So you can actually see who gave what rating to each run. It was very nice to see also a lot of people vote in this particular polls. The polls in the past usually got 5 at most, but I think the fewest votes this poll got was 7 for a couple of episodes. I am not complaining either, because that is what makes these rating threads fun.

On that note, we are finally done! Polynesian Girl ends with an 8.11.

Here are the final results:

1. The Royal Torque of Queen Boadicea - 9.00 (7 votes)
2. The Priceless Portrait of the Polynesian Girl - 8.11 (9 votes)
3. The Red Sash of Tokugawa Ieyasu - 7.88 (8 votes)
4. The Good-Luck Watch of Empress Eugenie - 7.33 (9 votes)
5. The Electrified Key of Benjamin Franklin - 6.00 (8 votes)
6. Elizabeth I's Golden Ship - 3.81 (7 votes)
7. The Smashed Printing Plate of Frederick Douglass - 2.13 (8 votes)
8. The Lucky Pig of Amelia Earhart - 2.11 (9 votes)

For the most part, these temple runs ranked very well. The top 4 temple runs were some of the best on the show and I agree with rankings for all these episodes. Thanks for everyone taking the time to vote!   :mrblue:  :mrorange:  :mrpurple:  :mrred:  :mrsilver:

Personally, I think Good-Luck Watch should've finished 2nd of those 8. Maybe put Polynesian Girl in 4th. Other than that, good list.

I wouldn't have mind if Empress Eugenie finished ahead of Red Sash at least. But Janeen kind of ruins it though. But Jay was also a really good player too. I am glad that Polynesian Girl finished that high. It was very exciting and memorable to me. Probably because it was the first time a team reached a bottom of the central shaft artifact.  :mrsilver:

You're welcome TRJ  :D

Well, IMO there are no objections at all for the ranking BUT...
I think Empress Eugenie had it all to make a podium, but Janeen's screw up was too evident. And not only am I saying this because I'm a Green Monkeys fan, but also 'cos I've seen lots of times that episode.

Also, look at the bottom 3. There is a huge gap between #5 and #6. What does it mean? Maybe there were no mediocre Bottom of the Central Shaft runs, they were bad, good or quite good

Out of all the temple runs on this list, the Empress Eugenie team should've been the ones that won it all. If you watch the temple run, the layout was very favorable towards the Green Monkeys. The Quicksand Bog and Secret Password were locked, and the Chamber door did not open from the Pit. So there was no straying path for them. Janeen was the one that ruined everything though. She was way too hesitant to go in first. You could tell Jay was getting pissed off when she stalled on every objective. Jay was awesome though. He made it all the way to the Tomb of the Headless Kings, with a production error in the Jester's Court, in 1:30. If the Red Sash or Queen Boadicea team had this layout, they would've won easily.

I guess you could argue the Electrified Key team should've won too. They had a solo opportunity, but Peter blew it. But compared to the run above, they had some tricks in their layout like Medusa's Lair opening and the Mine Shaft opening too.

And yeah, the bottom 3 runs ranked very low too. But I don't mind the Golden Ship run at all actually. Gabby and Joe were very slow, but the team doesn't bother me that much. If they used their remaining 1:30, they would've finished one room away probably. So in the end, this run would've probably got a 5 at most. But Smashed Printing Plate and Amelia Earhart is pure garbage. Especially Kristen.
