Is the NBA unfair

I was starting to think about how unfair the NBA is. When you got good teams that everyone talks about (Heat, Thunder, Knicks, Spurs) and mediocre teams that hardly anyone talks about (Warriors, Hawks, Bucks, Rockets). We all know the Heat are too dominant and they should have an easy path to the Finals. But do any of you think the NBA and some of their great teams are overrated?
