Jester's Court/"Court Jester"

Has anyone ever found a correlation as to why sometimes, the main lights in the Jester's Court never go off even though the black lights come on?  I believe it happened twice in season 2, one of which times was The Golden Pepperoni of Catherine de' Medici.

Also, does anyone happen to have a decent picture of the Jester's Court, without any text or crap in the way?  I've looked through the post-temple runs of a lot of Season 3 episodes, and most of the time when the cameras are poking around through the temple, there are credits blocking everything.  I want to try and get a close look at the jesters and possibly either re-create them in a higher res, or vector them.

Speaking of the Jester's court the correct statue always seems to be the left one or the middle one has the third one (the one on the right in the above pics) ever been correct.
