Season 1 had a lot of questionable temple games victories.

I think I remember the Codebook of Mata Hari temple games being called unfairly in the "farthest along" category.

I could be wrong, but I am almost certain that the first TWO episodes that aired of season 2 were Purple vs Green in the temple games.

The first one being "The Snakeskin Boots of Billy the Kid" and the second being a Green Monkeys temple episode.

You can tell that the Snakeskin Boots of Billy the Kid was the last episode of its day because the pots that are seen in the King's Storeroom during the temple run are seen all throughout the next day during the temple games.

The Purple Parrots had 2 good days in a row. Making the temple 4 times and the temple games 2 other times. Yay!

And isn't it true, from what I heard, that Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress was the first episode aired on Nickelodeon, and it was filmed in Layout IX?
Yes, but the first one that aired in Season 2 was the Shriveled Hand of Efoua, my point being that the first aired episode probably doesn't have to do with production day.

What? Since when did we figure that out? I'm pretty certain that the first episode of season 2 that aired was "The Snakeskin Boots of Billy the Kid."

I just remember so clearly.

I don't necessarily see how "Bow and Arrow skills" was such a bad answer... The correct answer was "Archery skills." Last time I checked Archery skills = bow and arrow skills.

After discussing this with Jon, we seem to find a little flaw in this:

If you were to get donations, you would also be profiting off of Viacom's copyrighted TV shows which= 100% illegal!

Nice Try!

Seriously... How old are you? :?

I get the feeling that you have a superiority complex or something. You think you're better than everyone else. Maybe it's just your internet confidence speaking.

Regular people don't really think about the copyright laws because the laws are stupid. People just want their Legends episodes.

Also, when Olmec gets to explaining the Vipers Nest in his temple rundown, he says "Where you can grab the Lucky Amulet..." instead of Applewood Amulet.
Annnnd, the Lucky Pillow of Annie Taylor.

Well, it was filmed on the same day as The Lucky Medallion of Atocha, after all :)

The "She passed it up, that might come back to haunt her" part was overdubbed, but they shouldn't've even put it in.  C'mon, Kirk's memory isn't that bad!

Also, where in Medusa's Lair do you think the half Pendant might've been?

My guess is that it was on the inactive actuator that used to open the door downward into the Throne Room. Just a guess though.

And as for the Moccasins of Geronimo, let me explain this. The layout for Mitchell was not easy. He made it easy for himself. Chances are if he had tried a more simple route, like from the Treasure Room to the Shrine, he would've been taken away by a Temple Guard. From there, who knows what might have happened. But he obviously thought ahead and went for a route where he was least likely to be taken away. :)

I'm inclined to agree with him.  It's definetely because of the path he took that he dodged the other Temple Guards, let's just keep in mind so many players immediately hit actuators in that room area in Season 1 and went left or right, it was so rare for someone to try to progress downward.  I'm betting he thought the other Guards were in the Shrine and the Room of the Three Gargoyles, and that there was one in the Room of Harmonic Convergence rather than the Observatory.  That would explain why he switched floors twice and entered the Wall Climb from the low entrance room only to leave it for a higher room.

It was rare for someone to progress downward but it was not rare for someone to try to progress downward when they shouldn't have. It was natural instinct to open the treasure chest and he got lucky that that was the day it opened.

I don't think any doors opened in the King's Storeroom for the Sacred Ring episode because she could have just gone down into Medusa's Lair from the Observatory. The King's Storeroom was most likely just a dead end.

Now, for the Shriveled Hand of Efoua: I always used to think that this layout was extremely difficult, but Bobby could have saved a ton of time and gone down into the Mineshaft from the Shrine instead of taking the all-too-slow elevator.

No, it doesn't.

The clock breaks up and moves away from that area, but the door does not open.
