Becoming a moderator

I've been a part of this site for almost a year and half. After spending a lot of my time here, I think it's time for me to ask something important.

I know long ago, I said that I didn't want to be a moderator here. After thinking about it, I'd love to have another shot at being a moderator. I was one for another site, but that didn't go too well. Maybe I can redeem myself here at a site that's more forgiving than the one I was a moderator for. I feel that I have done a terrific job posting here with very few problems and that with my clean record, I should get a chance to become one of this site's moderators.

However, there is one problem I see. I worry that there might be too many mods on this site right now and with a lack of users here, I might not get that chance. At least not anytime in the near future.

That's why I'm asking this. Should this site have just one more mod? It's okay if you say no. It won't hurt me and I'll understand why you voted for it. If you say yes, then great. Remember, the choices are yours and yours alone!

I wouldn't mind seeing you become a moderator, PP319. You are a good person that actively posts and knows how it works around here. But I don't know if we really need additional moderators at the moment. I mean we have PP319, nicklegends, TAW, and TSM who all have some sort of administrative power. Plus, we don't have any kamehamehas at the forum at the moment. Maybe somewhere down the road though?

Yeah, we really don't need any moderators at the moment. I think we're fine with the four (me included) that we have right now. Maybe somewhere down the line we could use another moderator or replace one that resigned. But, not right now. Although this isn't up to me, so I can't judge.
