The Dark Forest / Im Back!
« on: March 16, 2014, 09:17:18 PM »
I dont know this warrants a new topic or not but i am back to the forums! After three years of forgetting about the forums, and receiving an email from the website for my birthday i decided to make a visit to the the site again... Now as to what to do i may make a series (dont remember if i did make one or not) of episodes or something like that since i like writing and have stopped writing my own books.... So how is everyone?

THE LOST ALCHEMIST BOOK OF NICHOLAS FLAMEL

The camera pans through a dense forest and stops in front of an ancient dark temple. The flames light up the base of the temple where a stone head breaks the silence:

"Legends of the Hidden Temple! With your guide Kirk Fogg!"

Kirk climbs out of the pit of despair. "Thank you! Thank you, Olmec! Welcome to Legends of the Hidden Temple! The rooms are filled with lost treasures that are protected by the mysterious Mayan Temple Guards. Only Olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple. So tell us, Olmec... what legend are we hearing about today?"

Olmec Replies:
“The legend of The Lost Alchemist Book of Nicholas Flamel!”

"So the legend is set," as Kirk replies, "that one of these six teams will have the chance to retrieve the Alchemy Book. Will it be:
"The Red Jaguars--" the camera goes to each cheering team at a time "the Blue Barracudas-- the Green Monkeys-- the Orange Iguanas-- the Purple Parrots or the Silver Snakes?"

"These teams will have to pass some tough physical and mental tests," Kirk says, "but in the end, only one team will earn the right to enter Olmec's Temple. First, they must cross the moat, and here's how they'll have to do it today:
Olmec replies: “In front of lays a metal pole that has fallen across the moat. One player from each team will shimmy across the moat to the other side. But be careful if you fall in you have to start over. Once across that signals the second player to start across the moat. Once on the other side of the moat it is the second player’s job to run over and hit their teams gong.” –as Kirk hits the Red Jaguars gong to demonstrate. “The first four teams to hit their gong goes on to the next round!”

As Olmec finishes, Kirk asks “Okay teams, are you ready?” The players cheer in response. Then Kirk turns and asks Olmec “Are you ready Olmec?”
Olmec replies, “This rock is ready to roll!”

“Okay teams,” Kirk says, “On your mark, get set, GO!”

The teams start off all at the same pace when shimmying across the poll. Eventually the Orange Iguanas and the Silver Snakes pick up the speed. As Kirk does the play-by-play, “The first teams to get their first player across are the Orange Iguanas and Silver Snakes!” Soon after that the rest of the teams get their first player across. Once that happened the other teams started off on the other side and it was close for all the teams besides the Orange Iguanas and the Silver Snakes. As Kirk continues the play-by-play, “We have our first two teams! Who else is coming?” As Kirk said this the Purple Parrots and the Blue Barracudas hit their teams gong just seconds before the Red Jaguars and the Green Monkeys. As this happens Kirk yells, “That’s it we have our four teams! They are the Orange Iguanas,--" as the camera pans to each team in order of qualifying “the Silver Snakes--, the Purple Parrots—and the Blue Barracudas!” Kirk then pauses just enough for an applause. “Very close match for the Red Jaguars and the Green Monkeys,” Kirk goes on “but they will not be going home empty handed, here is what they get!”

The Red Jaguars and the Green Monkeys both get a $50 gift card for iTunes.

Olmec replies: "In front of you hangs three ropes hang above the moat. One player from each team will grab the rope and swing to the next one and make their way across the moat. If a player falls in the water they have to go back and start over. Once across that signals the second player to start across the moat. When both players cross the moat it is the second players job to go over and hit their teams gong." -As Kirk hits the Red Jaguars gong as an example "The first four teams to hit their gong goes on to the next round!"

As Olmec finishes, Kirk asks "Teams are you ready?" The players cheer in response to the question.
Then Kirk turns and asks Olmec: "They're ready-- Are you ready, Olmec?"
Olmec replies "Lets do this!"
"Okay teams," Kirk Says "On your mark, get set, GO!"

The teams start off very quickley being able to swing over to the second rope with out any problems. They are are more or less at the same pace until both girls from the Bule Barracudas and the Purple parrots fall off trying to make it to the third rope too quickly. Kirk says "Blue Barracudas and Purple Parrots start over you still have time to make it!" Kirk continuses the play-by-play " The Red Jaguars are just barely ahead of the green monkeys, and here come the orange iguanas!" The first one to get both team members across are the Orange Iguanas. As Kirk says "The orange iguanas ring in, then the Red Jaguars and the Green Monkeys!" As he says that the boy from the Silver Snake slips and falls into the moat. As the Kirk continues the play-by-play " We are still looking for one more team!" As he said this the Silver Snake boy runs over and hits his teams gong to get the last spot. The camera then pans to Kirk standing by the Silver Snakes and Kirk says " The teams that are going onto the steps of knowledge are the Orange Iguanas--" As the camera pans to each team in order of qualifying "the Red Jaguars-- the Green Monkeys and the Silver Snakes!" Kirk then pauses for the applause. "Tough Moat for the Blue Barracudas and the Purple Parrots," as Kirk goes on "but they will not be going home empty handed, here is what they get!" The Blue Barracudas and the Purple Parrots both get a 50$ gift card to Walmart.

A Couple of things about The darkest flame

1. This series is put together by one person collecting room ideas for the series, if you have ideas message me and ill put them in the temple at some point, also you will be credited for the creation of the room.

2. I will also need ideas for both the moat and the temple games, if you create one message me and ill be happy to add them to the series, you will also be credited with the idea.

3. All parts of the series is random with who wins and goes on and etc.
4. Any more ideas will help out to, since this series for the fans of the show like me
5. Comment on the episode if you like to and have fun reading it.
