I don't care about either episode, but I'll go with Mystical Spellbook. Katie and Jared's layout was harder, and they had a more legitimate excuse to lose. Even if Jared did waste time in the Dark Forest.

[The Red Jaguars]

I went with Wing Ding and Ring Ling because it is kind of special to me. It is one of the episodes I remember from my child hood, and it really wasn't a bad episode. Aside from the really racist legend.  But Jared and Katie came close to the artifact despite the fact that Jared wasted a lot of time in the Dark Forest. And it was awesome seeing Katie tear the temple up. Joan of Arc wasn't too bad of an episode either, but it was more boring and forgettable than Imperial Wizard. And Mandy screwed up more than Jared did in my book. Imperial Wizard has more going for it, which is why I voted for it.

THE MYSTICAL SPELLBOOK OF THE IMPERIAL WIZARD

Ends all hopes for Joan of Arc. Why am I always the one when there is one?   I picked Joan of Arc for two reasons, it was at least average, and it didn't have Jared or Wing Ding & Ring Ling.  I didn't expect much for this round though.

Yeah, neither episode was really exciting or deserving to move on. Truth be told, I almost picked Joan of Arc too. But in the end, Imperial Wizard pulled me in a little more than Joan of  Arc. Even though the legend was racist and the temple run could've been better, I still find it a pretty good watch. And while Jared was a pretty big cause for the Imperial Wizard team losing, don't forget that Mandy was just as guilty in Joan of Arc. She really should've reached the Helmet too, and I could argue that she blew it more than Jared. At least Jared looked good in a few rooms like the Shrine.
