The Heart Room / Legends CW version canceled after one season

Sadly, CW Legends has been axed after one season:

Can't say I'm shocked by this. It didn't get good ratings and it just wasn't as good as the Nick version. The pacing was slow, there were too many commercials, the host was uninteresting and boring, the game-play felt like a step back, and I didn't like the reality TV feel with the cuts in the middle of the action to the contestant chatter. It was nice to see Legends return for a dozen episodes, but I'm not surprised to see it get cancelled after one season.

I have faith in Mitch Trubisky if he's our starting QB. The Bears treated him badly. If Mason Rudolph is our starter, then we might be in trouble.

It's over. In the end, the Rams won in their home stadium. There was a questionable holding call against the Bengals toward the end that helped the Rams score the game-winning TD, but the Bengals got away with a face mask penalty that wasn't called and that resulted in a TD, so I'd say it all evens out.

The new golden boy Mahomes is out and the Bengals are in the Super Bowl. I never thought I'd live to see the day where Cincy made the SB.
I hope the Rams beat the 49ers. I want to see Stafford win it all.

A coin flip should NOT decide who wins the game. Both defenses couldn't stop the other teams' offense. In my honest opinion, both offenses should get a chance to play in overtime unless the team that wins the coin toss throws a pick six on their opening possession in OT.
If it were me, I'd have a 10 or 15 minute OT. That would mean more football and enough opportunities for the teams to do something on offense. If the game is still tied at the end of OT, then do a field goal shootout. Have the kickers attempt 50 yard field goals. Keep playing rounds until one kicker misses and the other kicker is successful in the same round. I don't know how well that would work, but that's how I'd do it.

And now the Packers are out. I was not expecting this at all. Their special teams let them down. Now to see what happens with Aaron Rodgers for next season (assuming he doesn't retire).

Bengals in the AFC title game. I never thought I'd live to see the day. As a Steelers fan, I feel dirty for saying this, but...If the Chiefs make it as well, then I'll be rooting for the Bengals. I'm already tired of Mahomes. The Bengals in the Super Bowl would be a nice change. If the Bills get in, then I'll be rooting for the Bills.

The Cowboys are such a disappointment year in and year out. I'm not really surprised that they lost the way they did.
I'm also not surprised that we're getting blown out by the Chiefs. I was honestly expecting this.

I'm predicting Chiefs vs. Packers because I'm sure that's what State Farm wants (their QBs are State Farm guys). 
Also, I have to say I can't believe we got into the playoffs. The fact we even made it in the first place is amazing. We haven't really looked good all year, but we made it somehow.

I thought this was a 10 episode season, but we had a new episode tonight. Spoiler below:
Of all rooms to cause the team trouble in the temple, it was the Steamy Hollows. The front runner kept making the same stupid mistake, stepping on the wrong button and wasting time having to do it all over again. That cost the team precious time and of course, the Queen's Armory caused problems again. One piece of armor fell off at the end and it had to be put back on. Horrible room is horrible. Oddly enough, the Pit of Despair had the artifact. That's a first. Sadly, time ran out as the second runner was on the ladder between the Queen's Armory and Dark Forest.

Last episode spoiler below for tonight's temple run...
Yet another difficult temple run. The item was in the Crypt of the Heartless, the bottom room next to the Crystal Senote. This layout was set up in a way that the Green Monkeys had to enter EVERY room except one (the Room of the Lost Treasure, the center room below the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, would've been that room). That's ten rooms! That's crazy. The front runner was fast and got taken out of the temple at the Steamy Hollows. He gave his partner plenty of time to win, but not only was she pretty slow, but the Queen's Armory struck again. I think it killed at least 40 seconds. Pieces of armor kept falling off and because the second runner wasn't that tall, she struggled to get the headdress on at the end before time ran out.
If this show gets another season, I hope that the Queen's Armory goes away. That room is such a time killer and it's apparent that it's a pain to get each armor item onto the queen. The room doesn't even look that fun to go through. As a viewer, that looks like a tedious objective to complete. I say replace it with something else; something that isn't boring to watch and doesn't waste so much time.
It's sad that this season's finale ended in a loss and sadly, given the low viewership these episodes have gotten, I'm not that optimistic that this version will get another season. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Is it me or are these temple layouts insanely difficult? Even with the added minute to the clock, teams are still struggling to even reach the item. Some of the rooms being big time wasters like the Queen's Armory doesn't help.
