I just had to finish another crapload of homework. Gah, I'm just still too stuck in vacation mode.

When will the shitheads down the hall learn? They keep blasting their music way too loud, with the excuse that it's not quiet hours yet.  News flash: There's still such a thing as "courtesy hours" where you have to accommodate others who complain about noise, and that's in effect around the clock.

Exactly. Seriously, if you want to develop hearing loss later in life, that's your problem. But when other people are around, TURN THE DAMN MUSIC DOWN!!!!!!!

Oh, and the best part? Anybody who ever blasts their music around here is always a fan of hip-hop, techno or electropop garbage.  And here I am, listening to heavy metal... I'm sure most people would actually expect my music to be played at the loudest volume, if they were to just stereotype me. But nope, I'm at least glad I can refute the stereotype...
