I really like the box art myself, for both versions.  I'll probably still get Black 2 as I said before, but I think I prefer the White Kyurem forme.


I haven't been playing a whole lot recently, but I have been trying to streamline the rosters I use in both Platinum and White and form closer-knit teams.  I'm trying to concentrate on multiple weather-based teams in White, but I'm not sure if I should just hone my hall of fame roster (Machamp, Houndoom, Mamoswine, Tropius, Empoleon and Garchomp) in Platinum or come up with something else.

Fun little idea I had:

Pokemon meets Legends! Pick a team, and you can only use Pokemon of the specified Pokedex color and/or Body Style.


(Note: Orange's color group is Brown due to the lack of an orange group)

That would be either the color or the body type for each Pokémon on a team, but they don't all have to be either the same color or the same body type, right? If that's the case, I might as well make one of each and then pick a favorite from that:

Red Jaguars: Darmanitan (two for one!), Jynx, Mamoswine, Houndoom, Scizor, Druddigon
Blue Barracudas: Garchomp, Eelektross (two for one!), Toxicroak, Dewgong (two for one!), Nidoqueen, Heracross
Green Monkeys: Garchomp, Bronzong, Tropius, Vigoroth, Gengar, Nidoqueen
Orange Iguanas: Mamoswine, Galvantula, Shiftry, Infernape, Drapion, Alakazam
Purple Parrots: Venomoth, Cloyster, Espeon, Arbok, Crobat, Archeops
Silver Snakes: Steelix (two for one!), Arbok, Machamp, Gyarados, Dragonair, Stoutland


...Huh, even then I'd pick the Barracudas team first. The Parrots or Monkeys team would probably be second.

Actually, when I said "two for one," I meant that it satisfied both the color group and the body type.  I didn't mean I was going to put two of that Pokémon on the team.

I don't remember Nidoqueen having fins.

TSM did clarify that the Pokémon on one team did not have to all satisfy BOTH the color and the body type; just one or the other would do.
