This was a crazy week 1 so far. Here are some notes about what happened:

- All our favorite teams lost this week. But TSM's Bills almost beat New England with a back-up quarterback. It was a good effort.

- The entire AFC North lost, so I don't feel so bad about the Ravens losing.

- There were three different games with a safety.

- The Buccaneers literally lost to the Jets because one of their players had a personal foul on Geno Smith and that put the Jets into FG range and won.

- Cowboys finally beat the Giants in their own stadium.

So glad to have football back. We still have two more games tomorrow though. And I screwed up badly in my team picks also. Oh well, that is why I love week 1.

But still, very close game. That was the game I was following the most. New England always gets lucky at the last second.  Also, I am already eliminated from my suicide league because the Bucs lost to the Jets. I should've know better than to trust the Bucs and their trashy QB.

Honestly, the Bucs lost because of Lavonte David, the guy who nailed Geno Smith while out of bounds (questionable call, but still, it is what it is). If it wasn't for that, they would've won.

I'm actually thankful the Pats won because I picked them in my local rock radio station's suicide/survivor league (don't kill me TSM!). I didn't think it would be that close. Great effort by the Bills.

I'm really concerned about my Steelers. If it wasn't for that late TD, our only points would've come from a stupid safety that never should've happened. We lost Pouncey for the season and we look bad. It has me very concerned.

Yeah, the Bucs lost because of one stupid action by one of their players that could've been avoided. They cannot afford making stupid decisions like that, especially in a really close game. The Jets are a bad team and this should've been an easy win against them. But since they had no discipline, they looked really dumb out there. And I thought they had a shot at the playoffs too this year. It is only week 1, but losing to the Jets on a dumb mistake like that is a no-no.

Tonight is Skins/Eagles and Texans/Chargers. All I have to say is go Chargers and Eagles!

I can't believe I was eliminated in the very first week for my suicide league. Last year, I lasted until week 12 with 3 other people. I should've known better than to pick the lowly Bucs though.

Lol San Diego. Always finding a way to choke. First it was the Denver choke. Then it was 4th and 29 against Baltimore. Now this. Just disband this sorry ass team.

I'll post my picks at a later date, but one thing's for sure is that I'll pick Philly to beat SD.

At least the Chargers are watchable. There is nothing good about the Browns at all. I would disband them first before I disband the Chargers. And the Jaguars are God awful too. I honestly can see them going 0-16 this year.

I will post my picks a little later too. I will be really embarrassed if the Ravens lose to Cleveland though.

They better not lose to the Browns because I picked the Ravens to win that game for my survivor league. Why do I have a sneaking suspicion that the Browns will win? Hmm.....Maybe I should switch to the Texans over the Titans for survivor.

I would've chosen the Pats this week if the Bucs didn't blow their load in week 1.

Jets vs Patriots (this one is too easy)
Rams vs Falcons  (this is my upset edition)
Panthers vs Bills (only because Carolina has a more experienced offense than the Bills)
Vikings vs Bears (The Bears have a good defense and offense)
Browns vs Ravens (It's the Brown, we better win)
Cowboys vs Chiefs (I am going with them too. But I don't really see it as an upset)
Redskins vs Packers (RG3 and the Skins will not win in Lambeau)
Titans vs Texans (Easy choice for me too. The Texans are a solid team in every category)
Dolphins vs Colts (This could honestly go either way)
Chargers vs Eagles (Michael Vick looked very good Monday Night
Lions vs Cardinals (Lions offense looks very scary)
Saints vs Buccaneers (Saints have a good offense and better defense. And I am not picking the Bucs after what I watched last week )
Broncos vs Giants (This should've been the SNF game. I think the Giants have it in them to upset the Broncos, but Denver is scary good)
Jaguars vs Raiders  (This is the game where the team's are fighting for the number one draft spot)
49ers vs Seahawks (Kaepernick is fun to watch and I think the Seahawks are overrated)
Steelers vs Bengals (The Bengals are overrated too, but the Steelers O-Line is terrible)
