I know more about that man than most people do, that's the CSM from the X files, best sci fi show in existince.

For those of you who have watched season 6, you know that the alias he goes by is:

CGB Spender

He was the one of the men in charge of the government cover up of the EBE's, a group of men better known as "The Syndicate".

You know most people say that it died when Mulder left the show, but it started getting bad around season 7. Having said that, I felt that they made a comeback in Season 9, if they had been allowed a little more air time, I think they might have been able to restore their former glorry.
