Not when almost everyone else in your grade, the grade ahead of you, and the grade before you have.
I once felt like killing myself the day my mom filed for divorce. My parents ended up working things out, however. So I'm more...uh...emotinoally calm today. lol
Okay, settle down and listen to me ALF, because I'm not going to mince words on this post: (Apologizes to Ed for the "emphasis" in advance)
First off, it's
MORE THAN ACCEPTABLE to have not had any romantic contact in your 14 year existence. That means that it'll be more fun for both yourself and your significant-other-to-be when you do in fact have your first romantic experience. For you, it'll be more fun because of the sheer amount of time you had to wait, because you won't have already gotten used to that kind of thing yet. For your significant-other-to-be, it'll most likely be a
THRILL to have such a perfectly unspoiled boyfriend, as she will have the assurance that you'll remember her forever even if things between you don't work out. ALSO, to have not had any romantic contact by your age means that your a mature person who cares enough for his friends and family to not get enthralled in go-nowhere needless relationships, because you're self aware enough of the consequences of such frivolous relationships. So don't despair! Love is in the cards for you. It's just that you haven't met your soul-mate yet, and shouldn't feel rushed to find her.
Now, as for the Suicide comment you made. I will be
DAMNED TO THE DEPTHS OF HELL if I allow myself to sit idly by when someone makes such a comment. Divorce is a very sad state of affairs. But that just means that your parents just couldn't find a way to see eye-to-eye at that time. It's okay to have felt sad, as anybody in your situation would have done so as well. But to think of your own SUICIDE?!!!
NEVER!!! Sure the situation at that time was bleak, but look at what happened! Your parents patched things up, and hopefully have been happy ever since. I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that if you had gone to your parents with the fact that you pondered committing suicide, that they would've mutually supported you emotionally through the rough waters.
So, to quote a famous song:
DON'T WORRY,[/colorpx] BE HAPPY!!!
