Well, dude, you stole links. What do you expect? The shocked face isn't exactly a shock to me, though, considering that you did not care.

You know, I can't blame him for putting those links up. We're all fans of classic Nick shows or other forms of media and sometimes we tend to get the excitement to share this to everyone so others relive the nostalgia from our childhood, so I do think that Nickgas-misser did care for others to experience this once more. Unfortunately, there are some people who would want to keep their content for themselves because they encoded themselves and it's their form of ownership to the shows, event though it technically isn't.

dont own the right to the shows.. but the encoders took the time to encode and upload to mu for everyone and all they ask to keep it on a site for everyone to join and download but agine like i said i dont think the ban users here should of been ban for like just either a warning or a temp ban. but i cant do any thing about it only johnnie can :?

But that's the problem, it will spread all throughout the internet, whether it's in one place or not. I can somehow easily grab the encodings and post them on a torrent or better yet, put it on some obscure video website and no one would have a problem. The society of the internet is more of an collectivist anarchy, where a bunch of private or random people can share things without abiding to rules. We can't stop it unless a higher authority can suppress that, and until then we're set. Now that's the reality.

the encodes at cns have already have been uploaded to torrents and steaming site already it was bound to happen but takeing a whole load of links makeing a retro nick site is a diffrent story.

I think closing this is the best solution since Johnnie won't do anything. I mean, if we keep on, he'll stay still and nothing will happen.
Favourite Team: Red Jaguars
Favourite Episode: The Jewel-Encrusted Egg of Catherine the Great, tied with the Mussel Shell Armor of Apanuugpak and the Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain
Favourite Season: Season 3

When artists like LMFAO, Ke$ha, Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jespen and Justin Bieber and songs like "Party Rock Anthem", "Call Me Maybe", "Thrift Shop" and others are succeeding in today's music industry and about 99% of the world is buying their shit and any argument you make is followed by nonsense from these people, you would wish the world had ended on 21st December 2012.

before it gets officially closed, let me put this statement that I previously posted on CNS since it was all erased:

Hello, my name is Michael. I was mentioned by Bob, who previously mentioned me on your now-banned topic where banned members could redeem themselves from their ban. Unfortunately, it seems that you would not un-ban Bob(The_Enforcer) for various reason that I will get into later. For now, I have come here wanting to know why I was banned, considering I have never been on this forum nor I have before you froze new registrations. I will tell you my side of the story that got Bob into this mess.

It all started with a member of Phantom's forum, who asked for help with his website. I volunteered to help, but didn't have the resources(videos to be exact), so he told me that if I have a CNS account, they would have a line of videos that I could grab and use. So I went to your site and found out that you froze new registrations. So eventually I found a way around to get to those videos.

After a few days I mentioned that I couldn't get an account, Bob messaged me and told me that it wasn't the entirely true that they weren't accepting new accounts. He told me that he could try to get me an account for your site. All I did was give some of my personal information to him and I sent it in. I did wonder why they froze new accounts. I thought it was lack of donations, but he told me that former(banned) members have been re-registering, coming back and making new accounts to circumvent their bans.

A couple days later, he gave me the news that the Administrators would not help Bob in getting me an account. Eventually, I was told that I was banned from CNS and I was utterly confused to why this occurred. Again, I have never had an account to this forum. I replied back to Bob quoting, "Is there another reason why I was rejected other than former members trying to re-register again who have been banned before?". Eventually, he replied me back with this statement: "
Look, Toltendo, I'll put it straight and clear! If you're banned on CNS, unless the Mods or Admins said that your ban is for a predetermined length of time, then you're banned for good!

Also, if you're already banned, then why not inform me of this point before I went off and made myself look stupid to 2 of the Mods, including Site Owner Johnny!!! If you've been banned and try to register again, it's called a Ban Evasion, and that'll earn you a Permaban, dude!". Now I was still confused on what he was trying to tell me, but eventually Bob posted up a topic to the forum staff at Phantom's Temple concerning bans. One of the mods replied saying that only the Administrator has the power to ban, but the Mods also have a part in the process of discussing bans, giving different points of view about whatever problem it was. I went in saying that I was in part of why Bob was asking about bans. This lead to a strew of posts that became personal, leading into one of the Mods not understanding what was going on and then closed the thread.

So I opened another topic to discuss this debacle and one of the members found that you were opening up a guest topic for people who have been banned to be given a chance to unban them. This gave Bob the best chance to speak out and hear out on him and he did. After explaining his story, one of you mods just had to say this:
Quote from: ""MoJoPoN""
Johnnie is god here what he says goes
. In utter shock and disgust, I felt horrified by that statement! Is he saying that you Johnnie are given absolute power in deciding on bans?!

After someone was apparently banned, a member that is also part of Phantom's Temple I will quote said this:
Quote from: ""Notundercovercop326""
I was asked by bob to ask why he was banned. He told me that he could not access the forum in anyway and needed my help. I pm'd a letter to Johnnie asking why he was banned clearly stating that I had no opinion in the matter and could side either way. With no Notification I was banned and told it was a "Multiple Account of Ginger." I have no idea What that means. If I could ask why I was banned, MAoG means and if there is any way to reverse the situation.
First off, I would like to also request what you meant by "Multiple Account of Ginger" and lastly, I would have to say that is such an absurd excuse for banning him because I can't find the definition for this. There have been some members at the other forum complaining about you and your escapades of corrupted playings of a Administrator you have been lately.

Quote from: ""Notundercovercop326""
My opinion of the site is that Johnnie is a power hungry little man who gets his kicks by playing God with a Classic Nick Show forum. I just described Hitler.

THIS.

Quote from: ""Asian Legends Fan""
After reading the "Banned Members" thread, this is what I have to say about you Johnnie.

F@!K YOU.

You don't care about what banned members have to say? And you want everyone to care about you? Then you're no different from any racist, sexist, or person that discriminates others for any circumstances from a list that's too big to include in this post. Admins should be happy that they even have members if they act with such MCP-type egos, and once they do, they should treat them with respect, kindness, and honestly, three core values that are important in mine (and many others') lives. You're just a dumb, sickening, greedy, power-hungry little piece of shit.

You need to start listening to others around you, and earn a good reputation. From all this "crap" (notice the quotation marks there, they're there for a reason...) we're giving you, I don't think your reputation is going uphill. On a different forum, we've had a mod with a habit of closing threads to his liking after having the last word and posting a polar bear palm-on-forehead picture. He got overthrown. And the question must be asked...why? I don't see any differences between you and that guy.

Well guess what? Ever heard of the saying "do to others what you wish be done unto you"? Then start treating others with respect and equality before you start playing god.

THIS.

See what some your former members have said about you? I feel sorry for you, but this has gone far enough. If you can't respect or your Mods can't do the same, then you best get your head out of "you-know-where" and face reality. How could you survive when you have registrations frozen, can't have your members try to get their friends an account here, and understand the concept of critical thinking? Eventually, your members may lose their interest in this site and where are you gonna be now? You have to think in the long run and be careful in what you choose. This applies to Mods as well.

Look, I'm trying to give you advice so you can look at the effects of this. So if you think I'm trying to flame, I'm not. I hope this helps, if not, I hope you think about it.

Thank you.

I hope that, since It was my problem that started this thread, then it'll be my post that ends it!

Me and Md are good friends now! I've come to appreciate and respect Md, as well as care about what he has to say! He stuck his head out when nobody else would. And, even though I went and royally screwed myself by talking to Mr. Liar-Liar Atom_Ant, I am grateful that Md even attempted to get me my account back. He even said it himself when he said (something to the effect of):

Quote from: ""Md""
If I get ban...Who cares...Its just a site...I'll just go on with my life

This quote clinched my friendship & respect for him. Md must have the Patience of a Saint to have worked so hard for me, had me go screw it up, but not yelled at me at all!!! For this and all actions involved with trying to make peace with us here @ Phantom's Temple, I hereby request that the title "Messenger of Peace" be bestowed unto him by the staff of this forum. He's alot more than deserved it!

Also, I wish to tell everyone here that as of this very moment I, The_Enforcer, am officially giving up my quest for reinstatement on CNS Forums!!! As I've already told Md, its a losing battle that isn't worth fighting anymore! So I'd appreciate it if KFAD would stop trying to fight my battle for me and let me make my own call on this one.

Also, I'd like to say thanks to the members of this Forum for being so patient and understanding with regard to Md's emergence onto our Forum. It shows unity among ALL members of this Forum, something that CNS will obviously never achieve! Thanks go to Bryan for activating his account, TBF and TSM (As well as all other members who conversed with Md) for their diplomacy, and to Ed for casting a vote of confidence in this thread's favor. (And yes Bryan you do deserve that Diplomacy Certificate for allowing this thread to be here, let alone letting it stay open through all the negativity)

Finally, I thank Md for deciding to stay on here at Phantom's Temple and for all his wonderful words of wisdom along the way. His presence has guided me through the rough seas of conflict and hate, only to end up at the Port of Friendship and Happiness. Thank you, unknown friend, for rocking so hard that I have no choice but to respect and befriend him.

This War is Officially Over!!! Ceasefire! Ceasefire! Ceasefire!!!!!

Thank you for saying that, I was expecting some kind of request, but didn't know what it should have been. This has been an interesting debacle and good riddance Bob finally does not want to continue on battling CNS.

Thank god this battle I manufactured is over. A nice example of how to deal with our situations in real life without applying the use of electronic communications.

But I don't mean it in a bad way, only to find some rational way to at least open the discussion in good intentions.
