I have no idea if this a permissible thing to do on this forum (forgive the n00b), but I'm going to go for it anyway.

I'm hoping to do a bit of tape trading. I don't want to buy any, since that's illegal and the last thing I need is the government giving me a stern lecture. But I have a whole mess of tapes of "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" back when it was on PBS (and of course "Legends," that goes without saying), and I'm looking to get some tapes of "Think Fast!" because all of mine wore out long ago. Any takers?

I'm not sure if this is exactly illeagel, it all sounds legitiment. Nicklegends would be a better one to ask on this subject, but from what I've read, you're ok.

As far as the tape deal goes, I don't happen to have any tapes on hand. A few years ago I disscovered an old tape I had made years ago  that contained 3 episodes: "Gaileo's Cannonball" "The Golden Cup of Belshazar" and the temple games and temple run of "The Mummified hand of the Eygytian King". It also had an episode of Guts, Land of the lost, Space Cases, Salute your shorts, and some other early 90's shows. I was also very intrigued by the many products that made their debute soon to become huge successes......however that tape has since been lost to me and has somehow found its way to the Temple.

Your quest is to find the lost Legends tape of PhantomBPR and bring it back so that a rightful trade can be made!

Really? :shock:

The truth is, I myself am rather disconnected from the tape trade, but you might want to inquire with Jon (at shrineofthesilvermonkey.com), as he's VERY well educated about how to get hands on Nickelodeon tapes. He'd probably reply to an e-mail.

The only tapes I'm really looking for are season of The Real World, Road Rules, & Real World/Road Rules Challenges, but I can't necessarily buy them yet.
