Legends re-run weirdness
« on: September 17, 2006, 10:18:44 AM »
In 1994, I remember watching my first episode of legends, the lost weathermaps of charles lindbergh. The next episode I saw was a season 3 episode. From late 1994 to 1997 I watched legends religiously on nick, hoping that I would see a season 1 or 2 episode. but no, all nick showed for 3 freeking years was season 3 (except for 1 or 2 slip-ups each year) I still harbor a great resentment for nick for denying me early legends until about 1999, unfortunatley this was when mainstream nick yanked it from their lineup and it was relegated to GAS.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Are you sure about that? I am positive they showed both Season 2 and 3 reruns around 1997, because my favorite room when I was little watching the show was the Laser Light Room, and I knew that when the special camera affect during Olmec's explanation of the temple was there then they wouldn't be using that room that day.

Season 1 episodes were not rerun in those later years, probably because it was so radically different looks-wise from the others, plus the Kirk/Olmec difference.

In 1997, I only saw season 1 & 2 reruns.

Huh... That's really odd. One of us is saying they only ones they showed were Season 3s, one of us is saying the only ones they showed were Season 2 and 3s, and one of us is saying the only ones they showed were Season 1 and 2s.

 How is it possible we have so many different thoughts?

EDIT: And now, one of us says all three were on then. I'm confused!

on GaS you mean? it varies, but most of the time when they show Legends, the episodes have something in common. Ever noticed that?
