As for me, I know quite a lot of Spanish, a little French, and very little Portuguese and Mandarin. Good enough for me.

Mandarin and a little bit of Cantonese, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, German, Russian and Malay.

Three slow-paced semesters' worth of Japanese, two years of Latin, two years of Spanish (without taking a first-year class), three years of Portuguese, some German and random tidbits of other languages here and there (I'm hoping to eventually learn Hungarian and Italian as well as become fluent in German).

I don't think I'm fluent in any language other than English, though.  I haven't gotten to the point where I can think in another language.
