Either way, side scrolling net's moat ends with a 6.8 average.

Up next is the "three islands and a plank" moat. And yes I'm saving the "net and vine" moat for last. Just like I did with the Vine moat in Season 2. ;)

I gave this moat a 7. I liked the idea of the teams working together getting across three lilies while working with a plank. Just like the swinging steps moat, it put a lot of emphasis on teamwork. The only problem with this moat is, some teams struggled to get across, and some teams just couldn't do it. Either way, it was a pretty neat moat. ;)

I also gave this moat a 7. A good concept, but it gave some teams unnecessary trouble on that production day. After Ivan the Terrible though, the other moats were lengthy and pretty boring. But still, the team aspect of it was enjoyable and it was one of the more original moat ideas on the show. Not as good as Red Sash's moat where the players had to use the vine to cross, but still a great moat. ;)

Wrong. Red Sash had the slippery footpath moat. ;)

Was it Pirate Captain's moat then? :!:

Wait, Lost Hornpipe had the slippery path moat, and Red Sash had the floating icebergs. So I was wrong too.

And with a 6.8 average, time to end the "three islands and a plank" moat.

Up next is the "slippery footpath" moat. ;)

I gave this moat an 8. I loved this moat, and I liked the "Slip N' Slide" concept of it too. With the exception of a few teams, not many of the players who tried this moat had too much trouble with it. It's definitely a moat I'd like to try out. This is one of my favorite moats ever, and it's my second favorite Season 3 moat behind the "swinging steps" moat on Sir Gawain's day. ;)

It's been a while since I commented here. Been voting, but not many comments from me. :P

I love this moat. I gave it a 9 because I love the slip and slide concept. It looks so much fun! :D

Yeah, it was definitely a fun moat. And it wasn't even that hard to do either. ;)

I gave this moat a 9, for the same reasons as PP319. It was a great moat and it definitely looked fun to participate in. Plus, I remember all of the moats that day being pretty good also. It kind of reminds me of a throwback to the belly sliding temple games in Season 1. And at least they were smart enough to put a rope on it too for the players to pull themselves.  ;)

I might actually give this a 9 too. And if I do, it will not only have a solid 9 average, but it will be easily the highest rated moat in this thread.

And with a whopping 8.75 average, time to end the "slippery footpath" moat.

Up next is the "floating icebergs" moat. ;)

I gave this moat a 7. It was a neat moat, and it required a lot of balance and grace. I like how fast some of the moats went by on this filming day. I mean, look how short Apanuugpak's moat was. :o On the flip side, some of the moats were pretty long, like Poseidon's moat. Some of the kids just weren't coordinated enough to balance on the icebergs. But like the slippery footpath moat, it did look like a neat moat to try out. ;)

I gave this moat an 8. I like how this moat had a simple objective that was quite challenging. It wasn't like Belle Boyd's moat which was both a simple objective and easy. This moat actually gave players a challenge. And of course, we had the Apanuugpak moat that was literally one of the fastest moats on the show. :o I think the Gwalior one beats it by a second or two though. But that is pretty damn good considering the other moats like Red Sash and Lily-Crested Crown were kind of long. And yes, this is a moat I would like to try also.  :mrred:
