The Last Lightning Bolt of Zeus

Just some info on how I'm going to do this.  I'm just going to describe everything that happened.

The Last Lightning Bolt of Zeus

At the moat, the first member on the team had to swim out, grab a rope, and bring it back to the start.  They would then try to swing across to a some vines, climb up and over, then get out.  There partner would then do the same.

All the teams got in and out with their ropes quickly, and the Blue Barracuda, the Silver Snake, and the Red Jaguar all swung perfectly onto the vines.  Everyone else had to go back.  The Purple Parrots and Green Monkeys both got to the vines on their second swings, as the Red Jaguar and Silver Snake had just climbed out of The Moat.  The Blue Barracuda had trouble getting over, but did make it, about the same time that the Green Monkey went over.  The Purple Parrot was having a hard time, and fell back into the water, and the Orange Iguana could not get to the vine.  The second Silver Snake had an easy time getting over the vines, and they were the first team to ring their gong.  Not far behind was the second Red Jaguar, and they rang in second.  The first Purple Parrot and the second Green Monkey each got onto the vines, and the Green Monkey went over like he was a real monkey, and the Green Monkeys rang in third.  The Purple Parrot didn't have a lot of trouble, and he was over quickly.  The Orange Iguanas switched places, and the second one made it over the vines with ease, putting it down to whoever got over the vines first.  The Orange Iguana was still having problems, along with the Purple Parrot, but the Blue Barracuda made it to the vines, climbed over them and rang in fourth.

At The Steps of Knowledge, Olmec told the legend, and said that The Lightning Bolt was in The Room of the Ancient Warriors.  The Red Jaguars answered the first two questions correctly, quickly putting them one step away from The Temple Games.  The third question went to the Green Monkeys, sending them down a step.  Question four went to the Silver Snakes, and question five went to the Blue Barracudas, moving them each down a step, tying them with Green.  The Red Jaguars got the sixth question right, sending them on into The Temple Games.  The Blue Barracudas got the seventh question right, and the Silver Snakes got the eigth question right, putting them each a step away.  On the ninth and final question, Blue answered correctly, sending them into The Temple Games to face the Red Jaguars

The players on the Red Jaguars were Tyler and Jessica.  Tyler liked to play basketball, and Jessica liked to play soccer.  The Blue Barracudas were Kevin and Hannah.  Kevin liked to draw, and Hannah collected stamps.

In the first Temple Game, Kevin and Tyler competed against each other.  They had to avoid a swinging boulder while running out and collecting four lightning bolts.  The game started quick, with each getting two, but then Kevin got hit, giving Tyler a 3-2 lead.  Kevin got his third lightning bolt, but it was too late, as Tyler collected his fourth and a half pendent of life.

In the second Temple Game, it was Jessica against Hannah.  They had to climb up a slippery slope, retrieve lightning bolts from the top, and put them in a bucket at the bottom.  Hannah scaled the slope with ease and got two lightning bolts in 30 seconds.  Jessica also started fast, but at the top of her second climb, she slipped to the bottom.  Hannah ended up winning the game and the half pendent of life, 3-2.

In the final Temple Game, the teams were attached to bungie cords, and one person would have a lightning bolt attached to their head.  The teams had to meet in the middle, and the person without the lightning bolt would grab it and put it into a bucket, while the other one got a new lightning bolt.  Both teams were at the same pace throughout the game, and ended in a 5-5 tie, meaning it was time for a tiebreaker.  The pedestal was brought out.  Olmec asked a question, and the Red Jaguars rang in first and got it correct, sending them to The Temple.

At The Temple, Olmec explained the layout of the rooms, and Jessica was to head in first.  Kirk gave her the full pendent and gave Tyler the half.  After Kirk said go, Jessica went into The Temple at an average speed, and went down into The Ledges.  The top door opened, and she entered The Wheel Room with 2:45 left.  She raised the stone slab quickly, and after she hit the actuator, the door leading into The Laser Light Room opened.  Before she left, she signaled out that the other half pendent was on the actuator.  As she entered The Laser Light Room, a Temple Guard jumped out and took her pendent.  It startle her, so it took her a few seconds to realise she needed to pull the blocks off.  She found the white light behind the third one, and entered The Jester's Court with 2:19 left.  She tried the first painting, but nothing happened.  She then tried the second, and a door opened into The Dark Forest with 2:05 left.  She stood in there for a few seconds before deciding to break through the wall and enter The Mine Shaft.  Just as she was entering the elevator, a Temple Guard came out, ending her run with 1:53 left.  Tyler then raced into The Temple, following her path perfectly, picking up the other half pendent along the way, and entered The Mine Shaft with 1:31 left.  He tried the door to The Shrine of the Silver Monkey, but it was locked, so he rode the elevator up and entered The Torch Room with 1:11 left.  He quickly pulled a torch off the wall, and the first hole he stuck it into opened the door into The Shrine with 1:04 left.  When he entered, he was caught by a Temple Guard, so it was a good thing he found the other half of his pendent.  He had a little trouble assembling the monkey, but slammed the head down with 0:48 left.  He raced into The Room of the Ancient Warriors and grabbed The Lightning Bolt.  He bolted up the stairs into The King's Storeroom, and blazed across The Troubled Bridge and through The Crypt for a win with 0:32 remaining.  For there efforts, Tyler and Jessica each won a remote controlled car, a sporting good package, and a trip to space camp!

If they won 1.5 pendants, and got caught be 3 temple guards then how could they have reached the artifact and brought it out successfully?? Did they pick up a half pendant or something??

Except for their being no invented questions for the steps of knowledge, this is an AWESOME use of imagination. And , by all means, KEEP IT COMING! Hell, maybe the only thing that stopped the 4th season from becoming reality was a lack of imaginative skills like yours! But all I have to say is DAMN!
