Our satellite is still on the fritz. It'll be fine for a few minutes, but then it just cuts off. We've tried calling customer service, and they say there may be something wrong with the cable. My dad says he's seriously considering cutting our satellite service...
I had problems with cable too not too long ago. But I just needed to update some outdated software, and the channels worked again.

Why do people love "The Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain" so much? I'll admit it's not bad, but it would've been a loss if a temple guard was in the Room of the Secret Password, an unnecessary room entered by Jarrid (I guess that guard was hiding in the Ledges). I only liked this episode because it wasn't a bad win (unlike a certain win  ) and because of Kirk's epic fist pump after Jarrid made it out in time.

I thought it was a great win. Both players were fast and conquered a tough layout which included a trip up the daunting central column. But that brief moment when Jarrid went into the Secret Password would've spelled doom for this win though.

As an episode as a whole, I don't think it was THAT great. The legend was pretty pathetic for a season 3 legend (most of the legends were pretty pathetic that season, but this one was even more pathetic.) Also, the team wasn't that dominating during the temple games either.
Agreed. The Temple Run itself is the main reason many people like this episode...the other parts of the show weren't that good, IMO.

I actually did like the episode on the whole.  Yeah, no team really dominated, but that's kind of why I like it.  I prefer the episodes where the teams are really competitive.
Same here, I loved the entire episode from beginning to end. Though I thought the episode was really quirky. Maybe that was because it was the first Season 3 episode I saw that wasn't Bandit Queen or Sir Gawain. The moat was long, but it was good. The steps of knowledge was a decent round. The temple games were a close match, and the temple run was excellent. Jessica and Jarrid owned everything, they managed to scale the whole central shaft with no problem. The only nitpick is Jarrid going into the Secret Password room, but other than that, these players were a great team.

I don't have a problem with that, mainly because it didn't affect the outcome of the run.

In terms of the temple runs, I'm going to break down all the bad things about all the remaining episodes in the hurt and heal game. Be prepared to read through a lot. :P

Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress: Candice took FOREVER to get out of the Cave of Sighs. However, once she got out of there, she picked it up. After spinning the celestial light in the Observatory, the door leading to the Treasury of Golden Orbs opened, but instead she went down into the Room of the Fallen Columns where a second temple guard caught her. Once taken out of the temple in the Room of the Fallen Columns, it was David's turn. He started in the cave when he should've started in the Room of the Royal Gongs to save time. Instead of going straight to the Orb room, he completely followed Candice's path. However, despite this, he made it out with one second left. This is after getting the headdress from the python holes. I really like this win because of the drama at the end and David's strategy AFTER entering the Columns room. Overall, pretty good run. Not great, but pretty good.

The Lucky Pillow of Annie Taylor: to be honest with you, the only weakness I see in this temple run is Missy's speed, and it wasn't too bad really. She moved her way through the temple at a fairly decent pace. I don't think she deserves to be criticized for almost going into the Observatory instead of Medusa's Lair. I mean, at the time, remembering all of those rooms and remembering which doors lead you where was kind of tough. Overall, great run.

The Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain: ok, after re-watching this temple run, I'll admit this was a really solid run. Both players were quick and smart. There were only a couple of hiccups in this run. First, Jarrid tried entering the King's Storeroom from the Pit, but he couldn't. I'll admit it was a good try though. Second, he tried entering the Room of the Ancient Warriors from the Chamber. Hey, I would've done the same thing, so this was not really big hiccup. However, the biggest hiccup was his entry into the Password room. Thank goodness a guard wasn't in there. Jarrid corrected his mistake, he quickly entered the Bog, and grabbed the hornpipe. Then he entered the Shrine from the Bog. That was a great move, which resulted in a win. Overall, really solid win. However, I'll keep criticizing Jarrid because of his entry into the Password room. That should've been game over, but it wasn't. You're lucky Jarrid, very lucky.

The Mussel-Shell Armor of Apanuugpak: oh, joy. I have to find something or some things bad about this run, which happens to be my favorite episode. Amanda moved at fair pace. Her only problems were in the Pit of the Pendulum (couldn't kick over the column from the rope swing; she's lucky the only door that opened was the Tomb of the Headless Kings) and in the Jester's Court (that was a luck based deal, no biggie). With about 1:30 left, it was TIME FOR GATOR! The only bad thing about Gator in this run was that he reached into a tree in the Dark Forest and then plowed through the Bog wall. Really, that wasn't a bad move (thanks Kirk for helping him there). Also, Gator kept pulling his pants up. I don't consider that bad since apparently the only thing he could do was keep pulling them up. Overall, fantastic run, especially considering Gator had to make up some time and get the armor from the Chamber.

The Jewel-Encrusted Egg of Catherine the Great: Kris never really got a chance to show his skill in the temple after an early capture. Kristin wasn't bad at all. She moved at a decent pace and only had problems with putting the monkey together (nothing new here, so no big deal). Also, when she was about to exit the Room of the Ancient Warriors, she couldn't decide whether to enter the Chamber or the Storeroom. To me, this is just another good win. However, it's special because it was the last temple run before the show went off the air.

So, here's how I rank the remaining episodes based on temple runs:

1. Apanuugpak
2. Pillow
3. Hornpipe
4. Arabia
5. Egg

Yeah, I can't believe I place Hornpipe ahead of Arabia either. Oh well.

And I only ranked these episodes with write-ups based on the temple runs because the temple runs was the best thing about the show IMO.

Out of the remaining five episodes, mine would look like:

1.) Catherine the Great
2.) Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress
3.) Apanuugpak
4.) Annie Taylor
5.) Pirate Captain (although it being in my top 5 list is questionable.)

At first, I had Arabia in either 2nd or 3rd, but after thinking about it, I felt that it should be below Hornpipe for having more mistakes, thus leading to this temple run having a very close finish.

Well, that is true for the most part. But I don't really like comparing season 1 and 3 episodes because those are two completely different temples. The season 1 contestants did not have the privilege to watch the show and get a good idea of how it worked before auditioning for it. Likewise, the talent is season 1 was not as a competent as in season 3. In season 3 they had the contestants go through tough preliminaries to get on the show.

And I only ranked these episodes with write-ups based on the temple runs because the temple runs was the best thing about the show IMO.

Well, I don't blame you for that, but keep in mind that the game is based on full episodes rather than just the Temple Runs.  That's what we're going by, and judging the entire episodes may affect your vote as well. ;)
