I voted for the Tomb of the Headless King - whenever the ropes were pulled, you kinda have to cross your fingers that the skull doesn't bounce completely out of the way.  Add in the fact that the room was dark, the contestant was in a hurry, and you have two bodies to try and it certainly seems like one the most unfair room.

Yeah, that room was time consuming too and made the central column hellish for the contestants to traverse. And then contestants would waste time pulling on the same vine when they didn't need to and they would also have a hard time finding the skull too.
