Full Episode Download Voting Booth

Here are the rules:

1. Each person will private message me with their vote.

2. Each person gets 1 vote.

3. A vote consists of any 3 episodes you would like to see put up on Youtube.

4. The most selected will be announced after 1 week.

5. If you don't private message me but instead, post it publicly, I will not count it.

6. No posts about I hope (name of episode) gets picked. However, you may post any questions you have about the rules.

Good God, did anyone read my previous posts? I have absolutely NO episodes on tape or any way to get them. I was only trying to come up with a systematic way to get some desperately needed episodes on Youtube before the whole Nick Gas channel gets taken off the air. Instead of everyone trying to upload different episodes, I created this booth so one episode would be worked on at a time, and therefore finished faster. Alright, enough of that. Here's (theoretically) how I was planning for this to work:

There seems to be about 5-7 people on this forum who have full episodes. Each person can take one section of the show (Moat, Steps, Games, Temple) and upload it. Someone else could then put it together and then up on Youtube.

Please forgive me for getting mad, I really am a nice person :wink: . And trust me; if I had Legends episodes, I would be helping all of you. Please don't feel obligated to contribute; it was just a crazy idea. We don't have to follow through with the full episode downloads if no one wants to.

So what you're planning on doing is have someone upload the moat, steps, temple games, and temple run separately so the person can upload 4 videos? (of those rounds of course, hope what I said made sense). That doesn't really make sense because the people on this forum that do have legends episodes encoded decided not to upload them anymore because people were using them without their permission. So how is this even gonna work?

Hey, math, news flash: this isn't going to work.  Encoders like Jon, Aaron, and myself already have our hands full with our current projects.  We encode when we can and what we can.  Some little third-party poll isn't going to provide any more initiative.  This really doesn't add anything to the forum besides having more people act like kamehameha, albeit through PM.  "WAAAAAH!  I WANT THIS EPISODE!"  We haven't fed to this in the past; why start now?

So you don't even believe in what you said, and you're trying to "soften" the impression on us by claiming you're nice?  News flash #2 - a lot of people here are nice.  That doesn't matter too much in terms of the internet.  People don't want nice; they want what they came on the internet for.  If customer service was a factor, they'd go see a sales rep for what they wanted.

And with that, this thread is closed because it isn't really contributing anything to the forum atmosphere.  Uploads from any of us will happen graciously if we have them.
