The "Puke in the Pit" theory

Can we compare that same camera angle of another player exiting the pit through the Ledges? I know I saw a few balls near the front of the pit but that was it. The pit still definitely looks empty to me. Just compare it from the high camera angle when she jumps and compare it to when she lands. The camera jump may have been good editing. It wouldn't have been hard to have Tarrah restart from a sitting position against the back wall.

I'm not saying that this is definitely right or wrong. I'm looking for as much hard evidence as possible to support whatever claim is made. The only evidence we have for Missy is "she was nervous".

Another detail sort of jumped into my head:

Is Kirk a reliable narrator?

We all know how common it was for Kirk to "Fogg up" his announcing duties during production of the show. He would frequently announce rooms incorrectly, among other mistakes.

That made me question just how reliable Kirk's story in the interview was.

Sure enough, I revisited the interview and Kirk "Fogged up" another story where he said (after thinking for a moment) a kid jumped out of the Cave of Sighs. We know that the kid actually jumped out of the Tomb of the Ancient Kings.

So we don't necessarily know if the player actually threw up in The Pit, and if they did, what season it may have been in. Kirk is not exactly the most reliable narrator.

Yeah, Kirk could very well have been embellishing the truth about the so called puke just to make the story more interesting. On the other hand, Kirk mentions this puke incident in two different interviews. One being the radio interview (where Kirk mentions Nick from Great Seal jumping out of the "cave"), and the other being a Buzz Feed interview where the said puker had a panic attack so bad she puked in the Pit. That's quite the thing to make up to mention it in two different interviews.

And that's also a good point.

It most likely did happen in The Pit. But it could have also happened in a room like the Swamp or Quicksand Bog that sort of resembles a pit (not The Pit, but A pit).

And the Bog did have those little plastic ball pit style balls in it much like The Pit did.

My question? What might have caused the anxiety attack? A temple guard encounter?

This investigation has gotten more interesting.
