Slow Loading/Missing Images

Why has the forum become so slow? It takes twice as long as usual to load a page in this forum, and when it finally does load, 99.9% of the images don't load with the page, and I have to wait at least a couple of minutes before they show up (and not all the images show up, mind you). Images hosted on outside sites aren't affected; just the images hosted on this one.

I know it's not my computer this time because all other sites are loading fine for me. It's just a problem with this one.

I agree with ALF on this. I too have been having massive problems loading images.

I'd also like to add that, due to this problem, alot of threads are losing context and purpose. A major example of this would be the LolCat thread. I click on it and like two-thirds of the images won't load at all. Not very funny if you ask me.

Is there any way that one of you Mods can look into this new matter for us?

All right, now I'm REALLY starting to get pissed, The site has gotten so slow for me that I've been forced to browse via an online proxy server just so I can see it (which actually makes the site load at the speed that it should be loading at ). The page never even finishes loading - this is what I get:



It's not a problem with my internet connection because every other site works fine.

It's not a problem with my computer because the site still loads this way when I try loading it from my PHONE using a phone network.

What the hell is going in?

I have never experienced any problems with speed or images since we moved here, so I can't comment.
