My guess is because most people aren't really familiar with the moat compared to the temple run. You hardly see any Legends discussion about the earlier rounds besides the temple run. And in my case, 4-5 votes is usually the average I would get in most of my polls too. That is why I stopped the "Rate the Temple Layout" series because I kept getting 3-4 votes. Getting 6 votes in a poll would be satisfactory for me.

I think it will get more interesting for the later seasons. Since most people are familiar with those votes more. Besides, 4-5 votes are usually the norm for me too.
