I think the 'Bent Shaving Pan' episode was Green Vs. Orange because the picture below features this game:

^ That is the same game featured in "Marble Armrest of Xerxes" and someone said once those episodes were filmed on the same day.

The Bent Shaving Pan of Jedediah Smith and The Lion-Slashed Jacket of Sacagawea were indeed both Green-Orange, so the respective question marks can be removed.  The Lost Log Books of Magellan was Blue-Orange, not Blue-Silver.  Just fix those and re-count the totals under each combination and the Temple Games list is done!
