Recommending Joel and Matthew to Tier 2.  Both were pretty fast in navigating through the rooms, but they didn't take the most efficient paths and Joel also had a lot of trouble with the silver monkey.  But well, Joel won with almost a minute to spare and I think the "Belle Boyd" team was screwed from the start and did pretty well all things considered.

Robbie from "Kamehameha" and Shane from "Oracle Bowl" are my picks for Tier 2 as well. With they were both very fast players, they didn't really last long, and they took a direct path, which cost them a chance to win.

Good point, considering those two did change the outcome by running into Temple Guards that could've otherwise been avoided.

Another good candidate for Tier 2 would be Quentin.  His big mistake was going to the Room of the Secret Password as Brandy did, rather than the shortcut to the Quicksand Bog which would've given him enough time to bag the second prize for his team.

Jay should definitely be in the very top tier too. He was just as good as Zac and Jarrid in the temple and you can't really hold the Jester's Court mistake again him. He did a great job with the little time that Janeen allowed him.

Travis should also go in the #1 tier also. His performance was solid and he made it very far with such a tough path. He didn't do anything wrong.

I say stick Damian (Pytheas) and Chris (Lost Lariat) into the Below Average tier. While both of these contestants weren't horrible, they had more good things than bad about them. Especially on Chris's part.

Likewise, throw the Cheater Ron into the Below Average tier also. He was so slow and took the worst way out of the temple. Tara had much less time than Ron and they both finished in the same spot. He was a real loser and moron.

Thomas should go into the Lost Cause tier. He was the only contestant to pull books in the Crypt when he didn't need to. Plus, his progress was pathetic with the little progress he had.

Now where does everyone think Brian (Sultan Suleiman) should go? I say the Lost Cause tier because he pretty much blew it at the beginning of the run by not pulling all three books in the Crypt. It ate a lot of time for him and he lost as a result of his stupid mistake. Plus, he never signaled his half-pendant back to Gracelyn.

Brian from Sacred Ring should definitely go into the Lost Cause tier. He blew it for the team not only for going into the Ledges, but for not signaling back the half pendant either.

If Jay is in Tier 1, then Nate should be, too.

Nominating David from "King Tut's Cobra Staff" for Tier 3.  He really did know what he was doing, but he walked so much that if Eusinia hadn't left enough time for him to wrap things up, they wouldn't have reached the staff.

Put Larry into the Lost Cause tier. His Silver Monkey attempt was laughable and he couldn't get it done with about a minute on the clock. And his running in the temple was hilarious.

And does anyone agree with Casey (Snow Cone) going into the Lost Cause tier also? He was terrible in the temple and he must've tried every objective at least three times. It took him 2 minutes to finish five rooms also! Plus, he was really slow.

Brad (Ivory Elephant) should go into Tier #3. While he was fast in the temple, he made a couple of big mistakes. He detour into the Ledges when he didn't even need to. Plus, her never took the Dark Forest passage and wasted time with the Mine Shaft elevator. I think he is more to be blamed for his temple loss than Monica.

And then we have Shem. I personally would put him into the highest tier (#1). He did pass the Room of the Mandarin Hand door, but that didn't matter much anyways because I doubt he would've won even if he entered there from the King's Storeroom. He was a beast and the reason the team reached the artifact in the first place.

Casey and Larry definitely deserve to be put into the "Lost Cause" category, no question. Both players were just clueless.

And to add a few more:

Evan from "Shiva" should go into the Below Average/Tier #4. He was so slow in the temple and his Silver Monkey assembly was almost as bad as Larry's. Just look at TSM's sig for reference.

Matt from "Dolley Madison" should go into Tier #2. He was very fast and had the fastest completion of the Stone Column. But he took the direct path at the beginning of the run and messed up his team's chance at a solo victory.

And why is Ty not in the #1 tier yet?   He was awesome and one of the best guys on the show!  :mrorange:

And my last one tonight is Jeremy.... I honestly feel that he should be in the Below Average tier also. He was so slow and clueless in the temple. His path to the artifact consisted of two actuators. Plus, he had the nerve to slow down at the end of the run and act as if he just owned the temple. He only won due to an easy layout.

I'd put Justin from "Golden Chains" in the Average tier. He didn't too terribly (for S1), but he didn't do anything that made him stand out, either.

I disagree, Justin belongs in the Below Average tier. He wasted precious time going in a loop between the Treasure Room, Heart Room, and Observatory. He wasted precious time, and he moved too slow. I thought he was a horrible player.

Yeah, I say Justin from "Zenobia" should go in the Below Average tier also. He wasted a lot of time backtracking between the rooms that PPF mentioned. He also took a lot of time in the Bamboo Forest also. He was slow in general too.

Brian from "The Bent Shaving Pan of Jedediah Smith" should also go into the Below Average tier. While he hardly had any time to himself, he also had a clear path all the way to the Room of the Ancient Warriors. Instead, he wasted time screwing around in the Pit and moved slow too.

Adam should go into the Below Average tier also. This kid made no attempt to speed up at all, even after grabbing the Raccoon Collar. The only reason they won because they had an easy layout.

Kevin from "Montezuma" definitely belongs in the average tier. While he did move sort of fast, he blew two chances at a solo victory by taking the direct path.

And what are we going to do with contestants like Kris, Jim, and Damiam (Map to the Lost Gold Mine)? They were all very fast contestants, but they only lasted three rooms. So we don't really know what they are made of. Should they go into Tier 1 or Tier 2?
