Legends Temple Run Elimination Thread - Season 1

I had an idea for another elimination game - we try to find the best temple runs for each particular season. We have had elimination threads for temple runs in the past, but this time around we are trying to find the best temple runs for each season. When there are 15 runs left, then we will starting ranking them. After we have gone through all 3 seasons, then I will hold the "Ultimate Temple Run Elimination Thread" where we take the best 15 runs from each season and determine the best 15 on the show.

RULES:
- You can eliminate a temple run twice a day. Please try to keep your vote far apart and don't do them too close too each other (like voting an hour after your first vote.)
- Once a temple run is eliminated from the list, you cannot bring it back and it will be gone for good.
- Once we get to 15 runs remaining, we will start ranking them. The final 15 runs will be used later for a compilation of best runs of each season.
- Once we get to the last two runs, then we will vote on which one wins this thread.
- Have fun!

Anyways, I am going to get rid of "The Golden Cricket Cage of Khan" as my first elimination. This temple run is terrible and its very mind boggling how two contestants can be so stupid in the temple and only make it through 4 rooms in 3 minutes. Not to mention they got lost in some of the easiest rooms of the temple. Such a waste of an episode and temple appearance.

Hey, don't think I didn't remember that there were older games similar to this one.  In fact, I believe PPF created the very first one on this forum. But looking back at those threads, I disagree with some of those eliminations that took place. Also, times change and so does taste, so an episode five years ago may have different opinions now. Besides, these threads can help us get through April, which seems like a long month to go through. 

And speaking of Red Jaguars abominations, time for "The Keys to the Alhambra" to go next from this list. Never mind the fact that this team only got into the temple due to the Silver Snakes answering the tiebreaker wrong, then we get a pathetic performance by Lisa in the temple. Steve was a beast of a player throughout the episode and in the temple run, so I am not going to give him a hard time though. But Lisa had 2:30+ to herself, yet she fails to make progress. Even if she did get confused in the Tomb of the Ancient Kings, that doesn't mean she didn't have to try and make progress from another rooms like Spider's Lair-Golden Idols or go up into the Observatory. Too bad, because Steve was amazing also.

Yeah, those games were all from 5-6 years ago. Obviously opinions are gonna change as time goes by. And yes I did indeed start the very first elimination game all the way back in 2006. Who would have thought an idea I got from another forum would become such a trend here?

Anyways, my elimination today is "The Lucky Pig of Ameilia Earhart." Kristin had no idea what she was doing in the whole three minutes in the temple. While the layout was hard, she was way too slow to be first. Scott didn't even have a chance to go in thanks to her. One of those classic "never send the slow witted player first" examples.

I've always thought that Elizabeth I's Golden Ship was a pathetic run. Both players were slow and they didn't even get a chance to suck even more due to it being the quickest capture.

Funny, I was going to come in and eliminate "Elizabeth I's Golden Ship" next. I agree though, even though the team had plenty of time left, the run still had a bad outcome and they probably wouldn't have made it past the Tomb of the Ancient Kings or Spider's Lair.

And since I am going to be very busy tonight, I will just place my second vote now. And with that vote, I am going to get rid of "The Treasure Map of Jean Lafitte". Quite honestly, neither player was good at all and this was another waste of a temple appearance. The frontrunner may have got screwed in the Gargoyle Room, but that doesn't mean he had to waste all that time testing a possibly locked door. The second runner was much slower and it was clear that she had no idea what she was doing. And it was stupid for her to take a different path with less than a full pendant. I imagine this run would've ended in triple capture anyways.

"The Stone Marker of Leif Erikson" was another piss poor run with an impossible layout. However, it was the Red Jaguars fault in a way that this run ended the way it did. Keelie never tried all three tongues in the Room of the Three Gargoyles. In addition, she did not need to waste all her time in the Bamboo Forest, even if it was a brutal deadend. Her partner had no time to make up for her blatant mistakes either.
