I can't begin to tell you how many of these messages I've seen in the three-and-a-half nonconsecutive years I've been active on this forum.  I stand by the belief that if they wanted to revive the show, they would've done so already, and petitioning won't do much outside of make you look immature.  I would like the show to be revived as much as the next guy, but I think we just have to accept that it's not happening and be thankful for the fact that we got 120 episodes of a creative and frankly awesome game show concept.

Yeah, I agree. Petitions aren't gonna do anything, and I doubt they'd revive a 16-18 year old show. I would love for it to be revived and all. But it's not gonna work, sorry.

It's a nice dream...but that's probably all it is, a dream.  If they do decide to revive the show, it'll be on their terms.  GUTS, for instance, was not revived due to fan petitioning...we just got lucky.  We may get lucky with Legends in the future, but I'm not holding my breath... :roll:

Honestly, I don't want Legends to be revived. That's because I fear that if it does get revived, then whoever takes over might ruin the show/alter it too much to the point that it's totally different from the original. If it does get revived, then it better not get ruined. You know what they say, if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Well, if the show did get revived, I am sure the temple would not look anywhere close to the original one. After all, the season one temple did look kind of corny. I would be interested in though how the new show would be revitalized. I would hope it would keep the same format at least. I would love to see how the temple would look though. And I would hope the Shrine of the Silver Monkey is still in tact.

My biggest worry would be the contestants that would be on the new show. It seems like everyone nowadays want to have some sort of personality on television, and I don't want to watch kids who just want to be on TV and don't take the temple seriously. Just look at Kate from the Mysterious Manuscript of Mary Shelley and her staged poses.  :roll:
