The winning team was first in the Steps and had a tie with one and a half pendants.

The Moat part? Was a team DQ'ed in that episode? Anyway, here's the next one:

-The Moat crossing involved teamwork.
-The team that made it to the temple had everything associated with 2 before entering the temple.
-The artifact was grabbed, but not successfully brought out in time.

Correct!

-Teams had to cross the moat using swing poles.
-Green Monkeys were 2nd in the moat, 2nd in the SoK, won 2 pendants, and I might be wrong on this, but Jonathan grabbed the flag with 2 seconds left.
-As mentioned, the flag was grabbed, but not brought out in time.
