Let's bring this back from the dead:

1.) The temple game combination used in this episode was only used twice during this season, with the other episode being a win.
2.) The frontrunner was forced into a temple guard in one of the entrance rooms.
3.) This episode shares a unique characteristic about it that also occurred in a previous episode.

There were a ton of Season Three episodes that featured the Green/Silver combination, and as TSM pointed out, there were three Green/Silver combinations in Season Two.

Since it wasn't Trojan Horseshoe, perhaps it was Galileo's Cannonball?

Nathan Hale is correct. I made a mistake on the first clue.

There were actually three Green/Silver episodes in S2. I forgot about Icarus.
The second clue refers to the fact that James was forced into encountering the Crypt temple guard.
The last clue refers to the temple layout change just like in Belshazzar.

1. The temple games matchup in this episode occurred a few other times during this season, but this was the only one of those episodes where the team that went to the temple won the temple games.
2. This episode was the second time in the season in which the winning team searched for an artifact located in the Golden Doors room.
3. The temple run features a unique occurrence.
