*Looking at own stomach* I need a good, appropriate exercise routine, fast... 
Well, I don't know about exercise routines, but I've lost about 55 lbs since giving up most junk foods and having the following lunch:
1 Ham and Cheese or PB&J sandwich
2-3 Carrots
2-3 Celery Stalks
1 Apple
1 Diet Coke or Diet Sprite
1 100-cal vial of Pringles
