I found it!




You can see it on the wall at the bottom left of the Pit-Heart Room door. (Note the moon shape that's a bit darker in color compared to the rest of the wall)

Obviously, it wouldn't have made a difference if Lucretia had noticed it, but it's still worth pointing out.
