Definitely the Orange Iguanas. They had four temple win, and 3/4 or 75% of them being solo wins (Atocha, Sir Gawain, and Butch Cassidy). Levitating Dog Leash was their only team victory. 

Blue Barrracudas also had a higher solo win percentage then the Purple Parrots too. Buddha, Annie Taylor, and Moccasins made up 3/5 pf their total wins, or 60% of their wins were solo victories.

I believe the Purple Parrots are third though.
