Absolutely not. That must have been some 14 year old that sent that in.

Whoaaa, that is some TERRIBLE grammar! I can definitely tell from the grammar and the story itself that its a fake. Good thing you took that interview down after a while.

You really think a 28 year old types like that?

Remember, I was thirteen when I started the site. Even then, the interview looked fishy, but I fell victim to my desire to post new material on the site. It's safe to say that I've learned a lot since then.

As it turns out, the guy who wrote that interview apologized a few days afterward and admitted that the only reason he wrote it is because he thought I wouldn't reply to his e-mail unless he was important to me.

Another huge flaw in the tiffani interview. She claims that all of the sound effects and music were live, If you know anything about television (obviously this person does not) you know that any sound effect or music is added later on to prevent audio glitches cuts in the tape.

After reading that wreck of an interview, any other interviews that you(nicklegends) has not yet shown on your website?

++

A couple years ago, there was a Legends pre-post tape on eBay, without any sound effects.  I did not notice this when I read the interview the first time.

I'll see if I can find any more contradictions.

No I don't.  Here's the original post on the Invision Game Show Forum:

Now back to the full list of contradictions:

  • A classmates.com search of "Tiffani Milford" does not appear to turn up that name at all, much less for an Orlando, FL school graduating class from 1998-2003 (or, even less 1999, when she claims she graduated).
[li]"Sign Up, Physical Challenges,11-15."  Other sources indicate the age was 10-14 (Zac Turney "[Russell] explained to me that he was 15 and that the age limit for the show was 14, but that since he was 14 at the time of the audition that he was allowed on anyways.")
[li]"I started to watch legends, mostly Season 1 episodes, all I could."  I'm not sure even though I've done some research on Legends' broadcast history, but still this would seem to be quite a difficult task given that second season episodes would probably be airing.  (And forget VHS videos given that she "didn't know the show enough" to bother to tape it and the pre-Internet game show trading circuit was in its infancy.)  As far as I can tell, it wasn't until 1996 when all the shows were mixed together for the weekend reruns.
[li]"We arrived at 11am."  Must have been quite a different taping schedule that day than during the rest of the season, when "[Zac Turney's family] showed up at 6] the sun had just come up when we arrived" (Asher).  This even contradicts the taping schedule in previous seasons, as Jennifer recalls "being their first thing in the morning til well after midnight!" (Jennifer Holtz), and Derrick Kujak notes that the episode "was filmed throughout the course of a whole day from approximately 9 in the morning until I left at like 9 at night."
[li]"We were told by this guy who was a crew member that they were shooting the steps right now."  Given that all the other interviews stated that all the Moats were shot first, then all the Steps, and so on, she would have missed the boat and almost certainly have been replaced by an alternate.
[li]"After hearing the LOUD theme music from the set, I knew that they were done filming."  First, I'm pretty sure they don't blare in the loud music.  (I never went to a taping, so I'll defer to Travis Eberle, who did attend the first taping.)  Second, given the same filming schedule described by others, Stone-Stanley would only be done filming at night, when all the episodes were finished.
[li]"One parent for each kid got to talk to them."  I'm pretty sure the parents were not allowed to talk to the kids until they were eliminated.  Cf. Zac Turney ("After us kids and our parents met, the adults were lead off to a conference room in another building. We were told they couldn't be in the audience because they didn't want them yelling or intimidating the kids. They instead watched the whole thing from a closed circuit TV. "), Asher ("The parents were then escorted to some waiting room"), and "Anonymous" ("The first thing in the morning they told all the parents they would have to spend the day in a seperate green room that had a video feed.").
[li]"We dried off for about 10 minutes but we went onto the show."  This directly contradicts the accounts of other contestants, like Asher ("So between the moat, and the steps of knowledge, we had to sit around for hours. All the while with soaking wet clothes to make it look like we went from the moat, directly to the steps. During that time, however, they gave us a two page 'history lesson' where we were to memorize all of the information needed to pass the steps of knowledge." and "So, several hours later, I was standing on the Steps of Knowledge"), Zac Turney ("A couple hours later, the handler came back and explained to us how the stairs work. She first read the story to us in our makeup room.")  Also it is impossible that "Tiffani" could have gone onto the steps without knowing what they were, as Zac was definitely briefed (see above), and Asher also got a "history lesson."
[li]"It was still very early in the evening when our temple run was over."  I know Stone-Stanley got better after keeping the contestants on the first show "til well after midnight" (Jennifer Holtz), but even so, several runs were taped after Universal closed, which was well after the early evening.
I think I'll stop there.

I don't think so, but f I uncover another one, I'll post it.

This topic is making me wonder if I should share some of the other secret pages from TKS. There are bundles; believe me.

If only there was some way to verify all of the interviews as being authentic...

If you have seen all 120 episodes of Legends, copy and paste this into your signature for all to see.

If Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber have been ruining the music industry since 2008, please copy and paste this into your signature for everyone to see.

I've seen Anonymous' Silver Snakes shirt with the authentic logo on it, as well as Elise's. Zac Turney is well-known and has a copy of the tape Nick sent him. Those three are the ones I have great faith in. I have reason to believe the others hosted on my site (from Katie and Elise) are authentic, too, but I wasn't as vigorous when I accepted those entries as I am now, so I rely on the benefit of the doubt. That's why there's the disclaimer on the top of the page explaining that I can't guarantee authenticity.

And in all seriousness, it's a huge waste of time to write a fake interview. I'd like to think that people have better uses of their time, but I've been proven wrong before.

How about Derrick Kujack? I found him on Facebook, but he doesn't have a 'c' in his last name. I feel like a stalker when I searched his name, but everyone does it not for bad purposes.

When the Chandragupta run was on YouTube, I remember a couple of people mentioned Andrea had a Facebook, but I'm not sure what the chances are this was true.
If you have seen all 120 full episodes of Legends, copy and paste this into your profile for all to see.
