The Collar of Davy Crockett
The Plumed Headdress of Cosarara

These two episodes are related because they have the same 4 teams cross the moat.

Yep.  Red-Blue-Green-Silver.

And get this, while the Red Jaguars and Silver Snakes face off in The Collar of Davy Crockett, the Blue Barracudas and Green Monkeys go head-to-head in The Plumed Headdress of Cosarara.

And I believe both teams were forced up the central shaft for their temple run. Only the Davy Crockett kids won, and the Cosarara kids did not.

The Smashed Printing Plate of Frederick Douglass
The Imperial Purple Robe of Empress Theodora

:( They showed these back in mid-December.

I just hate how Jason's attempts to avoid the Temple Guards cost probably 30 seconds.  My strategy for the Temple:

1. When you enter a new room, first check to see if the doors to go on are already open.
2. If no doors are already open, complete the room's objective.
3. Check to see what doors leading out of the room open before leaving the room.

Jason didn't do #3 before leaving the Chamber of the Sacred Markers, and it cost Dana some time. (Probably wouldn't matter thou, I don't think she would've been able to make it to where Jason left off in time even if she had a minute instead of 29 seconds.)

By the way, The Smashed Printing Plate of Frederick Douglass was the first episode produced that day.  When the camera shows a close-up of Jason after the first Temple Game and he moves to the side a little, you can see the Tomb of the Headless Kings behind him, and the Smashed Printing Plate is in there.

I just want to say something just because we see the artifact in the temple during the temple games DOES NOT mean that it was the first to be filmed. They (production staff) probably put the artifact in its position before the begining of the temple games for continuity sake.

I'm just going by Renegade's theory.  See The Thornwood Gavel of Judge Roy Bean and The Dried Ear of Corn of Sojourner Truth. (If you're right, that means I'll have to edit my episode guide until we can find a better reason to place those three episodes somewhere.)

Well, in the third season, the artifacts aren't usually in the rooms at the time of the temple games so... I'm not sure..

Seeing the artifacts in the temple during the season 2 temple games means jack though because 3 or 4 are always in there at the same time. All it indicates is that they were recorded on the same day.

I think they'd have to have a staff to fire, first.
