The Room of the Golden Idols. Hardly anyone ever "hugged an idol," as Kirk always suggested.

By far, the Spider's Lair.  The webbing was completely useless.

The Dungeon was equally lame.

Lame was the dungeon. It's as if they forgot a budget to theme that room, so they just threw in a skeleton and called it a dungeon. Also, the Holes of Python room was simply a time-waster. In all other rooms, a skilled contestant could complete the objective significantly faster than an unskilled one; in the Holes of Python, however, that was not really the case. And seriously, what an odd name!

Hell, da dungeon was awesome so now I have to ban you! (no just kidding).  :twisted:

I always thought that the pit was useless. Season 1 had the troubled bridge and the wheel, and season 3 had the pendulum, so it makes since why they upgraded to the rock quarry, but hell I love those little green balls......please forget I said that.  :shock: lol

Forgot my honorable mention. The Room of the Harmonic Convergence. How many times did a player step on every possible note combo, and still couldn't get the door to open?

That wasn't inherently a bad room; however, the poor... how should one say... physical components crucial to the correct functionality of the room ruined its potential value.

INCLUSION!

The Treasury of Golden Orbs.  Sure, it made that room space so you HAD to complete the objective in it, but I still feel the Idols could have done the same.  Someone probably broke it.

Furthermore, what was the point of three orbs?  Just take one, put it on.  If it doesn't work, take the orb off.  Put it on the next one.

I'd say the Cave Of Size/ledges were pointless. Most episodes where a player entered through that room a temple guard would be there, (and would really mess up the temple run if the team was caught by 3 temple guards). Plus, by Seasons 2 and 3 that room was rarely used.

Oh, it was used in Seasons 2 and 3, but only to snatch away a team's hope of winning if they tried exiting through that room, which they often did.

Oh that was quite evident in Season 2's "Broken Wing Of Icarus"

I personally thought most of the rooms from Season 1 where the only objective was to push an actuator were pointless and boring. Specifically The Heart Room, which just seemed like a waste of space. At least the Fallen Columns tried to add a challenge.

Also the Treasure Room, where the titular feature of the room was only employed once.

The Treasure Room is the worst room ever. It's pretty sad if the main feature of the room is only used once.

Also, the Room of the Golden Idols had a good concept.... but none of the kids ever completed it. They always just hit the buttons to pass through.... the production people should've inactivated the buttons so the kids would've had to complete the objective (which was pretty simple).

Also, i never liked The Heart Room or Medusa's Lair. The former was just an empty room and too many production errors in the latter.
