The Pit / Youtube Videos About Legends
« on: July 18, 2018, 02:06:46 AM »
So I've seen plenty of videos talking about Legends and this one recently popped up. DefunctTV usually talks about theme parks, but this is probably his first video about television This also features the Legends Wiki and Ed's 'The King's Storeroom' fansite:

I had to come back to revel in my excitement! I'm a bit shocked to see a revival, so hopefully they'll post the episodes online. Heck, I'll buy a subscription to view them!

First off, being a gay person in America, having the rights of getting married to the same sex, currently have health insurance thanks to Obamacare, and being in a work environment where the people around me are now possibly being threatened to be deported cause of their heritage/status, I'm gonna have to pay the price of paying for an unnecessary wall, having anti-LGBT people pushing for anti-gay legislation cause I need to change my decisions and my mind, and taxes being lower (how are we gonna pay for many things right now).

Congratulations, the "anti-establishment" is now part of the "establishment".

Just a reminder on who America elected. This is NOW part of American history.:

--“I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married.”

--“I did try and fuck her. She was married.”

--“Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.”

--“Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

Woah, I had to come back and visit after hearing about the Legends revival movie. I'm just happy that something like a movie will happen at all rather than a game show. Just slowly taking baby steps for the 90s kids.

Seriously, a game show where I'm learning actual facts seems good enough. Just the feels of me jumping up and down at the bonus round. I have nothing else to say.

Discuss.

I haven't been here for a long time! It's very weird that after one person isn't active, the chatter starts to die down. I feel like this place was on  its peak and now on its dark age to the point where there's nothing much to discuss that is Legends-related.

I mean the latest Legends thing I can think of is when Kirk Fogg launched his own website and posted a couple of pics and stuff never seen before. He said he was gonna publish his own autobiography about working on the show, but nothing came out of it. I'd still be willing to wait for it though. Other than that, after years of being on this forum, I've made of couple of friends (some are on my FB) and the stigma of having online friends at the time I was here was shameful to me. Just being at a younger age and not knowing who is behind the computer screen was a bit scary.

As for schooling, I'm going back to get 2 teaching credentials. Never in my life, I thought I would do this, let alone had the balls to go through it despite having doubts about going back to school for this.

Overall, I hope this forum doesn't disappear. I still have it listed on my tabs and I do lurk every once in a while.

Wow. A lot of pop quizzes and a very linear board. It seems like at the end game, they had to edit out a lot of the delays. Maybe they were working out how to reset the games.

A good amount of nostalgia therapy.

Oh gosh, I've never been here in a long time. I just happened to have a Legends pendant bookmarked on my Chrome browser and thought I'd come and visit.

Really really busy right now, but it's nice to see everyone that I grew up online.

Soundstage 18 / Slimed!: An Oral History of Nickelodeon's Golden Age
« on: August 31, 2013, 07:08:13 PM »
So there's a book coming out that's tells an oral history of Nick i the 90s. I found this out through Trevor Eyster's Facebook page (Sponge from Salute Your Shorts fame) and there's a pic from the book's Facebook page of Kirk Fogg, Phil Moore, and Marc Summers together just recently. Plus, the book is about 15 dollars on Amazon, so yeah.
