That's a technicality. Cuz we all know that the Shrine is one room away from the Dark Forest.

I dunno if the hidden pendant actually was in the temple in every episode.

A lot of the episodes with one/one & a half pendant runs had temple guards in the first rooms of the temple and it depended on which room the kids chose to enter through.

For example, Henry VIII's Great Seal.

I can't believe I didn't already reply to this thread...

Medusa's Lair sucked. It was a good concept, but it was always BROKEN and didn't work half the time.

I also hated all the rooms with no objective in it and no obstacles... So like the Heart Room.

Yes, Finally, the red jaguars were the only team to get captured one room away and still make it to the artifact and back. About that desending the central shaft, We talk about it like it happened alot but I think that only happend twice Edmund Hillary and Anne Bonney.

What about the Secret Map of the Bandit Queen?

Miriam was taken out in the Dark Forest right under the shrine where the map was and Zac still got it out.

It's impossible to avoid all three guards in TONS of episodes.

Also, I'm on team "it's inside the pot" for the Chandragupta episode, and also, you said that in the Sultan Suleiman episode that the pendant is tacked on the wall near the troubled bridge?... Well, I watched the temple run and that's definitely a piece of moss, not a half-pendant. Kirk did say it was in the troubled bridge, bu we can't clearly see the actuator that opens the Observatory so it was probably on there.

Ya, doesn't he like... walk across the moat instead of crawling on the tubes?

I've analyzed the first thirty episodes, and here's what I have:

Longest: Blue Barracudas (Jessica), The Lost Logbooks of Magellan (0:32)

Get ready to change that statistic when you watch the Jeweled Necklace of Montezuma...

EDIT: Oh wait, I forgot, she doesn't complete it. Whoops!

Ya, I just watched the Lion-Slashed Jacket and it was also in the chamber.

In the Lost Taj Mahal Turban, the half-pendant is tacked on the wall in the Pit of the Pendulum above the door to the chamber.

The Gordion Knot and The Codebook of Mata Hari were the ones where the half pendant was sitting in the space where the base of the silver monkey goes.

The Lost Love Letter of Captain John Smith had one on the inactive actuator of the King's Storeroom. However, in season 1's King Tut's Cobra Staff, the half pendant was on that same actuator except the actuator was active.

If I remember correctly, there was a half-pendant hanging off of the Throne Room ladder in one of the first season episodes, too... Maybe the Treasure of Anne Bonny.

In the Lion-Headed Bracelet of Chandragupta, the half-pendant was inside the pot that also held the key in the King's Storeroom, but in the Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain, it was sitting on one of the pedestals behind a pot.

The hidden half pendant has also been in the Chamber of the Sacred Markers right above the right-side column of markers at least twice. Once was The Much-Heralded Helmet of Sir Gawain and the other was... I forget, but I think it was in an episode where the players actually had to stop because they got caught by all 3 temple guards.

Quickest completion of the silver monkey was The Bone Necklace of the Blackfeet Chief. Brandon was so tall that he could grab two pieces of the monkey at the same time and it only took him like 11 seconds (starting from when he touched the first piece to when the doors opened).

Purple Parrots OWNAGE! <333

The first thing that came to my mind for "longest moat" was the Cracked Crown of the Spanish King so I'm gonna have to agree with that.

The Discarded Seal was by far the hardest. That team didn't make a single mistake or error in the entire run and they were both fast players and even still they didn't make it.

Also, I feel an extremely difficult run that gets overlooked a lot was The Golden Cup of Bel Shazzar.

I don't think Blue-Green-Orange-Purple happened in the season 1 steps.

That's just off the top of my head.

Dana.... Bitch. She actually seemed mean-spirited when she was screaming.

Jennifer from the Melted Head episode was hilarious.
