The Heart Room / Best Way To Archive Legends Episodes?
« on: March 28, 2014, 12:54:50 AM »
I'm trying to archive every episode of Legends of the Hidden Temple. My question is, is which is the best way to archive Legends episodes, because relying on YouTube is going to be futile if Viacom decides to do another copyright-gate. So yeah, any help is appreciated on this!   :)

Voted for Randy and TJ from The Metal Beard of the Egyptian Queen [Hatshepsut] also.

^ I don't he would've, either. The transition from the ladder to the crawl tube to the Cave of Sighs would've taken too much time. Maybe we would've seen another Broken Wing of Icarus if he had used the ladder?

The Heart Room / Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress: Timer Error?

So I was watching the Temple Run for Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress, and I noticed something peculiar with the timer. When David was in the Tomb of the Ancient Kings, the clock went for 0:39, 0:38, 0:37, but then it went back up to 0:38. To compensate for that, when David was in the Holes of Python, the timer counted 0:33, 0:32, 0:31 faster than it should. Has anyone else noticed that?

I'm voting for Shaka Zulu. To me, I'd rather watch a painfully easy win than a completely screwed up run.

Pretty much this.

Thanks guys for pointing out the remove vote button. I guess I didn't see it. I'm a total noob :P.

DAMN IT. I accidentally voted for The Bent Shaving Pan of Jedidiah Smith. :P I vote for The Much Heralded Helmet of Sir Gawain.

^ I agree, TRJ. The Warrior (no not the wrestler :P) could've been out of alignment, due to the nature of the objective. I haven't watched The Mysterious Manuscript of Mary Shelley in awhile, so I'll have to watch the run again, but I'm probably certain that the guard was in The Room of the Secret Password.

I think the other Temple Guard in The Very Tall Turban of Ahmed Baba is in the Crypt. Along with Medusa's Lair, that was the only other un-entered room after grabbing the artifact. Watching his run in the Dark Forest, Shane wasn't fast enough to dodge a Temple Spirit in the Dark Forest IMO. For the Mask of the Man in the Iron Mask, I think the Temple Guard was in the Dark Forest, due to the fact that Justin went low in plowing through the wall into the Mine Shaft from the Dark Forest.

You know, looking back at the episode, you're right. Then switch Milk Bucket of Freydis and Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress in my rankings then :P

Thanks GreenMonkeys#1  :mrred:

Also, other than the Treasure Room, I don't think any other temple room has "Treasury" or "Treasure" in it.

Sorry to bump up an old thread, but I love one second wins  :D . Here are my rankings of the one second wins

1. Lawrence of Arabia's Headress. I love this episode due to the fact that David grabbed the headdress with 28 seconds left. Even though Candice was a little slow in the Cave of Sighs, it's still my favorite one second win ever, and one of my favorite episodes of all time.

2. The Milk Bucket of Freydis. Tarrah was a little slow in my opinion, but the fact that she recovered so well after her rope swing in the Pit of Despair really helped this win get to #2.

3. The Applewood Amulet of Emiliano Zapata. Robert progressed through the temple nicely, but was nabbed due to the connecting rooms featuring Temple Guards. Olivia-Emma was a little slow, and she missed a half-pendant (she didn't need it, so that I won't count against this run). The layout was simplistic, like others pointed out, but I still get excited about this run every time I see it.

4. Galileo's Cannonball. I don't really consider this win a one second win really, two, however, yes. Jennifer did a great job in the Temple, before being taken out at the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. Jon did well, and make a smart desicion by going back up through the top of the temple when escaping. Then he DROPS the cannonball in the Cave if Sighs. However, that didn't phase him and he got out with 2 seconds left. Exciting? To me, yes. A one second win? Debatable.

I also blame Kim for the loss of "The Missing Weather Maps of Charles Lindbergh". She was a little slow, but when she finished the King's Storeroom, the went to the Observatory instead of the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. When she finished the monkey, she went to the Room of the Secret Password, instead of going directly into the Dark Forest. Shame really TBH.

I like the Metal Beard of the Egyptian Queen [Hatshepsut] better because they had to do it with one pendant.
