The torture chamber. Retrevie the weapon from the dead body and replace it on the weapons rack, but beware! One of the corpses may infact be a live temple guard!

The Room of the Golden Goblets -- You have to take a decanter of water from one side of the room, and pour it in the correct one of four goblets at the front of the room. Only then will the doors open.

The Room of the Ancient Hieroglyphs -- This room has hieroglyphs inscribed on square buttons all oround the room. A tablet retriveable at the back of the room shows the correct order you must push the hieroglyphs in to open the doors. This is a challenging room becuase you must search for the correct symbols out of all the others.

That's all I have for now...

The Chamber of the Royal Containers - In the front of the room (like the ledge), there are 3 different sized containers. You will dump them out onto the floor. One of them has a key. If you find the key, you can open the trapdoor to go down (it looks like the Treasure Chest). But beware! There might be a Temple Guard in the Trap Door. Or, you don't have to do any of that & could just press the actuator to go in the room next door.

The Crocodile's Mouth - There is a giant crocodile mouth in the center of the room, & each wall has 3 fish. You will take down the fish & put them in the crocodile's mouth. Once the crocodile gets all 9 fish in the mouth, a door will open.

The Anaconda's Sanctuary - There is a giant snake attached to one side of the wall, but the snake tangled itself in some knots. Untie the knots & pull the anaconda's other end to the other side, attach it to the wall button. The lights will go on & a door might open. There is a cargo net above the floor, so players might take a spill.

I'm talking to my cousin on AIM now (minor Legends fan, only saw it on the tapes I gave to her) & if she tells me any ideas, I'll post them here for her. We'll just call her "Quibus"

Err, three walls.

Haha, sorry about that. I forgot the front part wasn't a wall, but just open space. I'll edit it & it will be 3 fish per wall, so 9 total.

The Pit (New version) There's a set of monkey bars hanging across the top to get across, so it'd be just like the rope swinging one

I like the new version of the Pit, but I think we need a spicy name like "The Pit of Despair"

How about... The Monkey's Pit? Ahh, it doesn't sound too good. Let's try to come up with a name for that one.

The Battlefield - (In the Lower Left Corner) Jump on the trampoline to reach the high ladder to climb up, or climb the ladder. If you want to bust through the wall, you will load the cannon with the balls (the floor is covered with balls, like a ball pit) & pull the lever. When you pull the lever, the balls will rapidly shoot out & knock over the wall.

That's an interesting one

Yeah. It'd be like the Quicksand Bog. You can climb the ladder (same), jump on the trampoline to get to the high ladder (up the slide), or load the cannon & launch the balls to knock over the wall. I'ld call the trampoline & ladder "The Gymnast's Hidden Alley"

Not sure on what to call it, but, you have to find four puzzle pieces on the wall and put them together to form a picture, like Olmec

The Sacred Safari - Put your hand in the elephant's mouth to get the key. But beware! The elephant might be a temple guard. Kinda like the Dark Forest & you would bust through the wall (to the Battlefield, if it's my layout).

The Spider's Web (Goes in Pit Area) - Many strands of rope (or similar material) are attatched at both ends to the walls. Players can climb across, through, down, up, etc. through the ropes to reach the doors.

The Armory of the Ninja - Three sheaths sit in the front of the room. The player must grab the three correct swords (based on length and shape) from  the five in the back and place them into the sheaths to open the doors.

The Den of Tribal Masks - Several tribal masks sit on the wall, and must be turned and slid to form a column. Upon completion, the doors open

The Dragon's Lair - Eight dragon statues lie in the room. The player must open the mouths to find the one with the tongue. Pulling the tongue will proceed to open the doors.

The Pit of the Podium (Goes in Pit Area) - in the middle of the pit, which is full of foam blocks, is a podium with bars on its sides to hold onto. Depending on which room you came from, it starts in a spot. If you come from the Room of the Evil Clowns (more on that in a sec), it's at standing height so you can swing across (using the rope) to get to the Podium. If you're coming from the Ledges, it's already at the bottom. When you stand on the Podium and press the actuators on the bars, it opens either the bottom door or the top two doors. If it opens the bottom door, and you're up the top, you jump down and move into that room. If it opens the top two doors, and you're up the top, you swing across (using the rope) to the platform in front of those doors and enter one of those rooms. If the podium is down, and the bottom door opens, you climb through that door. If the podium is down and the top two doors open, the podium moves up and you swing across to the platform and then enter one of those rooms.

(Confusing, I know.)

The Room of the Evil Clowns (Goes in Crypt Area) - Basically the same as the Crypt or whatever room is there, except there is three clown heads (evil clowns, though). You hit the big red noses to open the door/s.

The Pharaoh's Bestiary (in the Swamp area): In the center of the room is a throne, surrounded by large golden statues of various animals (a leopard, jackal and eagle, respectively, with cages full of fake animals in the foreground). On the throne is a golden studded collar. Place the collar on the correct animal statue to proceed.

The Imperial Library (in the 'Heart Room' area): The room is decked out like an ancient library, with a semi-large but simple solar system diagram in the middle. Arrange the planets in the correct alignment to proceed.

The Oasis (in the Pit area): The room looks like a jungle-like spring in the back wall surrounded by 'sand'. Pull on the correct vine to unleash the spring 'water' to proceed.

The Peasant's Bazaar (In the Ancient Warriors room): The back of the room resembles a middle-eastern marketplace, while the podiums in the foreground contain clay jars that the players can smash, one of which holds a bag of 'coins'. Find the bag, and place it in the tray of the correct 'store' to proceed, but be careful: one of the shops may have a Temple Guard as its dealer.

The Crystal Cave: Players have to send a ray of laser light through a bunch of mirrors on stands that the contestant tilts him or herself, to a certain crystal, which spreads light all around the room.

That sounds like a cool concept.... but some of the kids on the show didn't even know what to do in The Laser Light Room which was a much simpler concept... some kids are just stupid...

The Room of the Anchient Scarabs

There are three scarabs in the room and three scarab-shaped crators in the back of the room. Place the correct scarab in the right crator to move on.

Might be a rip-off of the Torch Room, but that's what's on my mind at the moment.

The Room of the Three Floor Lights (takes the place of The Room of The Ancient Warriors). All the player has to do to get the door to the next room to open is run across the room, causing three lights beneath their feet to come on. It sounds easy, but imagine how many players would stop and think, "Now, what am I supposed to do here?"

The Stone Sanctum (in place of the Jester's Court). The room is painted a dirty gold with a stone, deity-like statue with four differently shaped cavities on it while there are four differently shaped and colored stones on the walls. Similar to the concept for the Chamber of the Sacred Markers except it's a statue.

The Room of the Rainbow Fountain (takes place of Torch room): A fountain placed at the center of the room has 6 "keys" similar to those in the Kings storeroom placed around the base of the fountain. The keys must be removed and when the the right one is, light effects will turn the fountain rainbow colored. Then the contestant must place the key in the pedestal at the front of the room and then exit by climing down through the top of the fountain. This takes the place of the elevator so the contestants actually have to do something.

The Generator:

A Giant wheel (the one used in the wheel room) is sitting in the middle of the room that used to house the king's storeroom and the room of the ancient warriors. On both sides of the wheel are giant lighting dome looking things, like the one in the lighting room, but several feet wide and tall. The room's objective is to run on the wheel until the lighting domes lights up. A door will either open to the shrine, the center room, or the room below. When the objective is completed the domes light up and a loud electrical buzzing noise is heard.

I was going to say something like the sword room too..GMTA lol.

Or maybe if they could figure out a way to not get anyone hurt, take a sword or ax and cut the ropes to open the door. Don't know how they would though, sharp objects=danger.

The Forest of Fallen Logs
Similar to the Pit of Despair, but there are several large 'logs' around the room. A couple of vines hang from the ceiling. This is an actuator-based room.
The Navigation Tower
If the player came from the Teleportation Room(more on that later), he had to take a treasure map(rolled-up)from the back and put it in one of three map holders. If the player came from the right, he had to turn the compass needle to raise the top tube allowing acess to the elevator.
Like the Pirate's Cove, but that's what I have.
The Teleportation Room
Several blue lights shine on the players. The player can break the wall, open the Shrine tube(allowing acess to the ladder), or take the elevator up the tube to the The Navigation Tower.

Sorry, I forgot to add these! :)
The Clock Room
There is a large clock in the front of the room. The player has to align the hands at twelve to open the doors(Takes place of the Throne Room).
The Telescope Tower
At the back of this room are three telescopes. The player must choose one of them and place it into the T-Base placed at the front of the room. If it was the right telescope, the doors will open(takes place of the Observatory).

I wonder, maybe recycle some Temple Games props to use in new rooms of the Temple? Like maybe the "dragon tunnel" game from Season 1 could replace the Troubled Bridge.  I've considered this ever since I made one of the Moats for Season 2 of The Rediscovery with that same tunnel.

I got a good one, The Room of the Three Caskets- (takes place of Room of Ancient Warriors) There are 3 caskets aligned along the wall (like the ancient warriors). You have to open a casket, throw out the skeleton, and place yourself inside the casket, pressing all the actuators in it to possibly unlock a door. But beware of the temple guards that could close the casket door and lock you up for 3 seconds. You could give them the pendant and go on, but, if your stuck without a pendant, you shall be locked in the casket forever! lol (NOTE: there would be air holes in the casket for the kids to breathe thru)

And also, to be under the "Monkey's Pit of Paradise" could be the "Vine Tangle"

Vine Tangle- There would be 5 "vines" guarding the doorway, and a "tree" in the middle of the room with 5 branches. You would have to pull out each branch to remove each vine until the door is accessible (all "vines" are removed).

The Room of the Three Caskets sounds a little time-consuming.  How about The Room of Tiki Idols? Just like the Room of Golden Idols except you have to "hug an idol" no matter which way you go.  I might feature it later on if I continue the fanfic thing.

troubled bridge/rope wall.

In the troubled bridge, all you have to do is cross the bridge, and hit an actuator, but the bottom room, this is my made up room, you pull on the rope, until the rock slab is lifted to the top, and you tie the rope on the ladder, and you hit the actuator to move on.

I got another one, the queens storeroom. Instead of smashing the pots to find a key, you smash the pots, and find a turban, and the three sundials at the front, you get the turban, put it on a sundial, and spin a sundial, and move on to another room, it's compared to season 3's kings storeroom.

The kids forest. Like the dark forest, this is compared to one of my dreams i had that took place outside a hospital, you either break through the wall, or you find a key in one of the kids baskets hanging from their necks, like a key chain/necklace, and if you get the key, you can move on, but beware of a temple spirit, that may inhabit a kid.

The Queen's Storeroom sounds a little busy.  I can't picture someone spinning a sundial that has a turban on it.

I'm thinking of the Forest of Palms as a "bottom third" room.  And if there's a door leading upward, there'd be a vine ladder in the middle of the room too.

Also, I had an idea for a "top third" room called the Den of Totem Poles.  There's one totem pole on the left of the ladder leading downward and one on the right.  The room's a little like the Season 2 Observatory cause you need to turn around the faces on the totem poles, getting all three on each pole to face toward the outside wall.  Correctly aligning both poles will open the doors.

Here's are my rooms from my layout with the expection of the "King's Storeroom"--which is back to it's original location from the first
two season. For a recall here's the temple looks

For reminder of my Temple Layout, here's that famous talking stone head, Olmec: "You could start out by crawling though the Ancient Sewer (1) or running into and ringing one of the three bells in The Bell Tower (12). If you lucky, you may enter the Mysterious Hallway of Stairs (2). You could head up into the Mirror Room. (3) Spin the mirror, which might open the path to the Witch Lair (4). Toss the two snakes into the pot and you may land in the Skeleton?s Room (5). Put the head and the two hands on the skeleton?and you may be heading the Shrine of the Golden Monkey (6). Put together the golden monkey and you may be entering the Temple Bank (7). Spin the right safe?s wheel to go up or smash the wall protecting the Room of Power (8). Connect the cords to the Power Orb and you may be entering the Room of the Four Moons (9). Push down on the right phrase of the Moon and you may be entering the Rain Forrest (10). Look for the keys to the door in the tree?but beware a Temple Spirit might be a tree. Get out of that room and you will be King?s Storeroom (11). Smash the clay pots to find the keys. Find the correct key that lead you back to the Mirror Room or Witch Lairs, jump across the stairs, either run across the Bell Tower or re-crawl though the Ancient Sewer back to the gates."

1. Ancient Sewers: This is a room contained two gray platforms. The bottom of the room has blue balls to move though.  The gray platforms are for sewer pipes--and the blue balls are for fake water.

2. The Mystery Hall of The Stairs -- A bunch of stairs made out of form litter this room. They are stairs that go to the Bell Tower, Ancient Sewers,
Mirror Room, The Witch's Lair & The Skeleton's Room,

3.  The Mirror Room -- A fake big mirror (make from balsa wood & plastic)
sits on the front end. The runner must spin the mirror to open the doors up.

4. The Witch's Lair -- A small black pot sits where Mesuda's head is usually. On the back wall, they is two snakes. The runner has to take the snakes and toss them into the pot to open the door.

5. The Skeleton's Room -- The headless and armless skeleton on the back wall. Near the front room, they is a bucket. This bucket contains the head and hands of the skeleton. The runner has to take head and heads to the skeleton--and put them on the skeleton to open the door to the next room.

6. The Shrine of the Golden Monkey - Like the The Shrine of the Sliver Monkey, but the monkey is made of yellow foam material. The Monkey stall had the following parts: tail, middle and head.

7. The Temple Bank - In this room, they are three vault doors on the back wall. The runner must spin the wheels to open a path. Not yet used in my fan-fiction, the middle vault door hiddes the latter to the "Rain Forrest". In most eposide, the wall is always breakable.

8. The Room of Power -- This room contains three wires and a gaint red foam ball with three holes. The runner must put the three wires into the holes of the foam balls to open up the path to the next room.

9. The Room of the Four Moons -- They are four foam moon in
the room. The runner must spin the correct moon to open the path
to the next room.

10. The Rainforrest -- The trees from the Dark Forrest are place in
this location. The runner must reached into the trees to find the key
to open the next room.

12. The Bell Tower -- In this room, they are three bells. The runner must hit the bell to open the doors to the next room.

The Royal Throne (or the Jeweled Throne.) The room is a mix between the Throne Room and the Jester's Court, and is the bottom room of the central column.  A ladder extends up the ornate throne into the room above.  There are five actuators, one on each armrest, two on the floor and one located on the throne that the player has to hit with their head.  Hitting all five actuators at the same time causes the doors to open.

It's a bit difficult to explain correctly but...

Eternal Light Room (upper central column) - There is a wide pedestal in the center of the room with a light (off) in the center and five actuators on the edge. You have to press all five actuators in the correct order to turn the powerful white light on and open the door(s). If you press a wrong actuator within the sequence you must begin the sequence again, then try another one. (I'll clarify it, if my explanation is unclear)

The Room of the Sacred Towers (Crypt area)

There would be 4 towers. There would be a red one, a blue one, a green one, and a yellow one. For example, the towers may be sorted like this:

RG
YB

There would be a little panel on the wall in the back of the room, and there would be four tokens on that panel arranged like this:

YB
GR

The player would need to arrange the tokens so that they look like this:

RG
YB

to go into the next room. Also, the towers are located in the corners of the room, and their colors can vary.

OK, I'm creating rooms for my WJ project already, but here are some off-project rooms, as I have no time to write a fic or two today--I'm very busy on vacation lol.

The Royal Treasury-- There are two cabinets in the two back corners of this room. Inside one is the crown. Once found, the player must put it in the right pedestal to open the doors. This room takes place of the Room of the Ancient Warriors.

The Sacred Library-- Like the Room of the Secret Password and in its location too, but the players must take a rolled up scroll in the pedestals at the front of the room, unroll it, and shout it out. If it's the right one, the doors will open, but if it isn't, then they must try until they get the correct of the three scrolls.

The Explorer's Tower-- On the back wall is a giant map of the world, with raised continents. The player must light up the correct of the seven continents by pushing down on them to open the doors. This room takes place of my favorite room, the Bamboo Forest, or the Swamp, Jester's Court, etc...

Room of Mystical Keys

There are 9 small compartments aligned in the back of the room (3x3). Reach into the compartments and find the 2 keys that are hidden in one each. Then, place each one in their correct respective pedestals (3 pedestals) to open the door. Be careful though, in one of the compartments may reside a Temple Guard hand

Okay, I've got another few rooms I've made up: a Swamp/Court room, a Lightning/Secret Password Room, and a Tomb/Forest room.

The Roman Bathhouse--Takes place of the Swamp, and I've moved the magnetic key stuff here. There are three spiral staircases leading upwards which players must climb to reach its ladder, and three "baths" in the room, with high ledges to climb on either side. The player starts on one side of the room, tries to find the key in one of the baths, then climbs through each of them to hit the keypad on the other side of the room, same for the door up to the Storeroom/Warriors area. A temple guard would hide in the center bath, but climb out and head through a trapdoor in the back of the room later.

The Power Generator--Takes place of the Lightning Room. There are three lightbulbs placed in each of the pedestals, and small turbines where the torches once were placed at. The player must turn all the turbines in the correct order to open the doors. For example, if the combination was 1-2-3, and the player turned 1, then its bulb would light up, but if they turned 3 next, then it wouldn't light up and they would know it is 2, et cetera.

The Bank--Takes place of the Dark Forest. There is a large metal case at the front of the room. The player must open the case to find a set of numbers, e.g. 42-3-12, and use it like a combination on the huge lock in the back of the room. The lock was on a reversible wall, and it could rotate round to reveal a guard. Once the combination was dialed correctly, the golden doors would open.

Okay, here's another one of my trademark rooms:

The Throne of the Trapdoor (Takes place of the Heart Room)-- I've sort of mixed the two Throne Rooms, the Treasure Room, and the Dark Forest together. The players sit upon the Throne of the Pretender, which is hung off the ladder, and hit the two actuators on the sides. The actuators could either open up a big trapdoor in the front of the room leading down to the Headless Kings area, or they would make the armersts of the throne pop open. Under the armrest would be a large space, and one of them had the key that they could use to open any other doors.

Oh and, feel free to use my rooms, just give me credit please!

How about re-using some Moat props too? Like the "Swinging Steps" could be used to replace the Troubled Bridge, or the rubber rings could be used too. I'd call the "Swinging Steps" "The Pendulums of Fate", but I haven't thought of a name for the Rubber Rings yet....

Forked Bridge

Like the Troubled Bridge, but the bridge has a fork-in-the-road, allowing access to the central shaft area. I would like a better name for this room, however.

How about...The Fork of Fate? Heh heh...not too good.

The Room of the Golden Torches-- There are three golden torches in the three pedestals of the room, and each has a large bulb on top. The players have to take a long stick with a "flame" on its tip (just another bulb like the ones on the torches) and touch the tips of the three torches gently. The correct one will light up, and the doors open. (Takes place of the The Room of the Ancient Warriors)

The Ancient Tomb-- There is a wooden bridge leading across a "fire pit", and there are two skulls on either side of the room. There is also a headless skeleton on a stone island accesible from the bridge. The players have to place the correct skull on the skeleton to open the doors. The ladder upwards is on the stone island. (Takes place of the Throne Room)

I got it. The Bridge of Fate. That name sounds cool and makes perfect sense, IMO. Thanks for the suggestion bamboo forest.

The Condor's Nest-- There are three sharp peaks coming from the ground, and each has a nest on top of it, and an egg is placed somewhere in the room. The players have to place it in the correct nest to carry on. (Will take place of The Observatory area)

I want comments for this one:

Vine Jungle (Pit bottom half)

There are three climbing vines each one with a key hooked to it. Players must climb on the vines, grab the key and use the correct key to open the door. The Bridge of Fate (see post) is on the top half.

Ooh, I like that idea. Better yet, have the vines hang down from a big net above called the "canopy," which serves as the bridge. That connects the two together.

That was a pretty good idea. I might make that one room instead of two and use it to replace the Bridge of Fate/Vine Jungle. I'm not sure how to make that not turn into yet another "hit the actuator" room. (See my other rooms)

The Drummer's Paradise
Takes place of the Jesters' Court

There is a snare drum over the entrance to the Dark Forest area, and a bass drum over the entrance to the bottom central shaft. There are 2 rows of music engraved into the wall, each lasting 1 measure long. The top row is meant to be played on the snare, and the bottom row is meant to be played on the bass. Once the correct piece of music is played, the walls darken from light blue to dark blue and the music notes turn a bloody red and start lighting like a fire.

The Roc's Nest
Takes place of the Observatory

The room is like a giant bird's nest with a giant egg in the center. However, parts of the egg are missing. The contestant must find the pieces of the egg in the nest and repair the egg to move on.

The Pilot's Room
Takes place of the Torch Room

There is a bi-plane facing the front of the temple. However, the three blades are missing from the front propeller. The player needs to find the three blades and place them on the propeller, then sit in the seat on the plane. The propeller will spin, the plane will start rocking back and forth a bit to make it look like it is flying, and and you will be able to access the elevator to go down, or head to the right into the Shrine of the Silver Monkey.

The Chamber of the Medieval Gates
Takes place of the Swamp

There are three small castle gates (you know, the grate-like ones) in the back of the room. Each of the three gates has a small hole behind the bars. One of the gates has a King's Storeroom-like key behind the bars. The player needs to lift the gates up using their hands, grab the key, and place it in the correct hole to head to the left or to the right. If a person wants to go up, they need to complete the objective, then crawl into an open gate and climb up the ladder. A temple guard could be hiding behind one of the gates.

The Room of the Eternal Flame? Takes place of the Observatory? There is a rock column in the center of the room, and three torches lie in the back. The player entering must take the correct of the three torches and touch it to the tip of the column. When this is accomplished, the tip of the column glows an intense red, causing an ambient glow around the entire room.

The Chamber of the Ancient Chalices? Takes place of the Room of the Ancient Warriors? In the back of the room are three chalices. The player must place the three chalices in the three pedestals, but there isn?t a particular order to place them, nor do they have to be ?correctly placed?. Once all the three chalices are placed, the doors will open.

The Crow?s Nest? Takes place of the Room of the Secret Password? No, it has nothing to do with the annoying black bird. xD In this room, there are three telescopes hung on the walls of this room. The players must place one of the telescopes in the correct telescope holder to release the doors. Copy of the Torch Room, I know?

Shipwreck Falls? Takes place of the Pharoah?s Secret Passage? Nothing has changed except for heavy pirate theming including a jolly rancher being hung at the slide?s entrance and the slide being painted a shade of shimmering metallic gold.

The Galley? Takes place of the Quicksand Bog? The Galley is a heavily-rethemed Quicksand Bog with treasure themed ball-pit balls (colored gold, red, and green to represent gold and jewels) as well as various traces of pirate theming (cargo net, pirate flags, etc.) The objective is the same?to get out of the room by either climbing Shipwreck Falls, going into the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, or smashing down the stone wall.

Awesome retheming! I love the pirate themed Secret Password-Pharaoh's Secret Passage-Quicksand Bog rooms! You could even go as far as having the Shrine stay the same, but on the head of the monkey have a eye patch!

Here are a few of my rooms:

The Nile River: The Nile River is a room filled with aged netting and a swampy foundation. To open a door out of this room, a player must press its corresponding actuator. (Basically the swamp with a new name)

Temple of Olympus: In this room, there are ?planets? attached to the walls. At the front of the room is a table with 9 openings, some already filled.  The player puts the remaining ?planets? in the correct order in the openings to open the doors. (Takes the place of the Observatory)

Medusa?s Lair (v. 2)- The room is decorated like a forest with 6 ?stone? statues, 2 on each wall, with 3 of them holding snakes. The objective is the same as it was in the first Medusa?s Lair. Put the 3 snakes in Medusa?s head to unlock the doors.

Thanks! I thought it'd make sense for the entire corner of the temple to be pirate-themed. Makes sense to me? The Crow?s Nest is at an elevated height, while the Galley (the treasure chamber of it, at least) is under the deck.

I've got another one...

The Rainforest? Takes place of the Jester?s Court? There?s a ton of plants and tropical flowers covering the ground and walls of this room, and somewhere in the back wall are three holes with snake heads protruding from them. The players need to pull out the correct snake to open the doors.

The Ancient Batteries:
-From the Lighting Orb, Torch Room

There are four Baghdad batteries placed on four pedestal shelves around the room. There are two wires that have a negative and positive charge, with the wires exposed. Wrap the wire around the rod, charging the negative and positive. The batteries will have symbols to indicate which batteries are needed to charge. If this action is done, the door to The Shrine of he Silver Monkey will open. It's possible that a Temple Guard will pop out of the back door when the charges are activated. You do not need to do anything in this room if you are going down to the corner bottom left room, where the breakable wall would be. Setting of the room would look have an Egyptian setting.

The Abandoned Attic-- To make sense, the room takes place of the highest area in the temple (The Observatory Area). There would be three artifacts strewn around the room, and a treasure box in the middle. Players needed to place the correct artifact in the treasure box to move on.

Some more from me:

The Great Seal Room--This room has a column in the center, and at the back, a free-standing shelf with four distinct round seals on it.  The contestant must place the correct seal in a small indentation at the top of the column to open the door to the next room.

The Magician?s Chamber--Three pedestals stand in this room, and each has a top hat on it. The player must wave their hand over the hat to find the (stuffed) rabbit, which jumps out when its hat is waved over.  The rabbit must then be pulled out of the hat to open the door to the next room.

/ Clever name, TBK.

The Crystal Caverns - In this room, players maneuver around stalagmites, stalactites, and random hills of ice and snow sticking out of the ground. To make matters worse, wind machines blow fog around the room, and the floor is slicked and covered in small piles of white and light blue balls. Takes place of the Swamp/Bamboo Forest/Jesters Court area.

The Glacial Gorge - Yeah, I know. I kinda ripped the name off from MFGG, but the room is kinda based on it. Players can either hop on five tall "ice-peaks" that rise out of the ground to reach one of the two ice-covered granite ledges, or jump down into the frozen pond below, filled with tons of white ball-pit style balls. The room takes place of the Pit of Despair area, and is actuator-based.

The Collapsed Cliffs - A room that takes place of the Quicksand Bog. Obviously, it's themed after a rockslide danger zone, so large boulders (kinda like the ones the players threw over their heads and down a chute in some temple games) and many ball-pit balls colored rocky browns and reds cover the floor. In the far-left side of the room is a rock climbing wall placed at a 25-degree angle with a rope to assist climbing. Players can either bust through the wall, climb up the cliffside, or hit the actuator to the Shrine area.

The Forgotten Conservatory
Players have to climb a tall tree in the back of the room (outfitted with footholds) to reach a hanging vine. Players then need to hold on to the vine as it lowers them and opens a door in the process. It'd probably be good for the Pit room.

The Clock Tower

The room is placed on top of the temple. There is a huge slave clock, the look of it is old. The clock has some rust on the frame of the clock. There is a big hand, representing the minute and the little hand, representing the hour, which the hands are black. There are no numbers on the design of the clock. There are no numbers that represent the twelve ticks around the clock, that are the hours.

The objective is to move the hands of the clock to a certain time that is represented in a box that the contestant must open, which is set on the pedestal on the same place of the sundial. A piece a parchment shows the time in numbers, from 0000 to 2400 hours. A.M and P.M. is not significant.

The temple guard can come out the same way the Sundial/Celestial Light rooms were built.

*Plans S3 Wild Jungle Rooms*

The Ghostly Gulch - (Takes Place of the Bamboo Forest area) This room is themed like a dark forest, with some jagged rockwork littering the room. Also, there are some dead trees and scattered branches throughout the room. Hanging upside down from a horizontal branch running above the room are three bats. Players must pull off one or more bats to find the correct one and open the doors.

The Power Plant
Takes place of the Chamber of the Sacred Markers. The room is covered in bricks to make it look like a very dirty industrial building, covered in soot and such. In the middle of the room is a firebox, and around the room are lumps of coal (black balls). The player must put enough coal into the firebox (a randomly selected number) to turn the turbines, which then sends jets of steam in the air and opens the doors.

It may seem out-of-place, but I just really liked the idea and wanted to share it. :P

The Boulder Pit/The Rope Bridge? In a way, this combines the Pit of the Pendulum and the Rock Quarry/Troubled Bridge.  In the lower half, a player would need to push a large boulder to knock over the column in the outcropping of the room, which may cause the bottom door to open.

The upper two doors can be accessed from above? side ledges with guardrails are connected by a bridge made of netting with ropes for side railings.  Four ropes dangle from the ceiling, and pulling on the correct one will release a rock into the outcropping area; the rock will hit the column and cause it to fall over, which may open either of the upper doors.

The Garden
The Idols and Swamp areas are combined into a large room, similar to the Pit, allowing for more versatile Temple designs.

The lower part of the room connects the Golden Doors area and the Shaft Bottom area. It is filled with all sorts of plants forming a hedge maze. The top part is a wooden bridge that runs along the back wall of the gigantic room.

In the center of the room sits an apple tree. The player has to climb the tree using a ladder to a platform on the tree, or just get onto the platform by the bridge in the back of the room, and fill a basket on the platform with apples. Once there are enough apples (a randomly selected amount), the doors open.

The Oil Well - Deep in the bowels of the Temple, the Mayans have discovered a secret oil well that can only be unlocked with a sacrifice. Hung around the room are fruit sacrifices, and on the well, a stone tablet inscribed with the name of the correct fruit. The player would then have to find that fruit and place it on top of the well, which will then begin to spew oil while the doors open.

How about the Snow Mountain on top of the temple? In that room, there are three piles of snow you have to dig through to find a switch to move either to the next room or below the next room.

I have one!

The Sundial Room

This is a better version of the sundial room.
There will be 8 lights that can turn green or blue.
The lights are in a circle and all of them are pointing at the sundial in the middle. One of the lights will be blue or green and shine on the sundial, and the shadow of the wedge thing will be at 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, ... all the way to 360 degrees. The play has to spin the blue or green sundial to match the shadow of the center sundial.

To use my rooms, you need my permision. If you ask for it, I'll gladly give it to you.  :mrred:

New Idea:

The King's Forest

It's basically the Lucky Step/Poles game, except it's in the temple. The top half of the room is the poles, set up in an array of 5 x 5. The bottow half is full of the stuff used in the Quicksand Bog. The middle poll has the little steps, like on a telephone pole, and will never be able to get pushed down. If your step falls, you have to wade through the murky swamp below. Can anyone give me a new name for this?

Might as well post the ones that I drew at school.

The Dragon's Cave
Takes the place of upper-left corner room. There are two gray dragon bodies (one is light gray and the other is dark gray) in the back of the room. There are also two torch holders on the walls that have dragon heads with pegs on the bottom of them. You must take the two dragon heads and put them on their correct body.

The Room of the Illuminating Feathers
Takes the place of Golden Idols area. In the back of the room on the two window-type openings there are two "feathers" (the part of a fiber optic light with the little strand). You must put the feathers into the pedestals and when the feather is put in it will light up a color. Match the feather's color with the color of the light to move on.

The Royal Tomb of the Uncrowned Queens

Takes place of Observatory area. In this room the railing has been moved back and in front of the railing are two thrones with the skeletons of queens sitting on them. In the back of the room are two crowns. You need to take one crown and put it on its proper queen to move on.

The Mandarin Gardens

Takes the place of Swamp area. The room is decorated with beautiful, green plants. There are three yin yang symbols around the room. You must put the symbols into the openings on the back wall. The symbols will only stay in if they are turned the right way. Once all 3 symbols are pushed int correctly, you may move on.

The Sands of the Egyptian Pharaoh

Takes Golden Doors area. this room looks like the Tomb of the Ancient Kings, except for the room is full of sand and instead of the three golden doors in the back, there are egyptian mummy caskets. You must open the coffin, find the mummy's staff, and place in the correct casket's hands to open a door. The stage-left casket can open, revealing the ladder to the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, and the middle casket can have a temple guard in it.

And some more.

The Roman Ruins
Takes the place of the Golden Doors area. The room is decorated like a roman palace. The player must reach into the correct 1 of 2 columns in search for a key, which can be used to open a door.

The Indian Burial Grounds
Takes the place of Swamp Area. The room is dimly lit. Three tee-pee like structures are in the back left corner, center, and front right corner areas of the room. The player must go into the tee-pees in search of a burial marker, which when inserted in the correct of three slots will open a door. The back left tee-pee has a ladder inside it which can lead you to the room above.

The Flag Room:

Similar to The Bandit King's "Geographer's Study", except this room is a little different. There are three flags located in the room. There are also three pedestals in the room, very similar to season 2's King's Storeroom. Each pedestal will have a country's name on it and it is up to the players to put the flags in the right pedestals. For example, let's say a player has to put the flags of Great Britain, France, and Mexico in the right pedestals. If the player puts the flags in the wrong place, then they have to try again. If the flags are correctly placed, then the player can advance to the next room.

Now before entering the temple, a production member will tell where the flags go and it will be up to the players to remember where the flags go.

That's a good one, PP319! Can I use it for my fanfic? I'll give you credit for coming up with it.

Nice ideas with the rooms :) I've enjoyed reading everything here.

Some ideas for rooms I have:

The Mine Track - Replaces the Swamp.  Ride a mine cart across a mine track that's at the ledge entrance to make it across.

The Sacrifical Chamber - Replaces the Room Of The Ancient Warriors/Laser Light Room/Room Of Harmonic Convergence. Three pedestals are aligned in a circular formation in the center and a skeleton is on each. Insert a knife-like object into the chest of each skeleton to get the correct one and unlock the doors.

The Lava Pit - Also replaces the Swamp. Walk along the bridge-like rock formation and avoid falling into the lava surrounding it (the lava of course would be represent by red playballs).

The Knight's Armory - Replaces the Room Of The Ancient Warriors. Three knight statues are in the room and all three are holding swords. Pull down on the correct one to unlock any of the nearby rooms.

The Glowing Rock Room - Replaces the Viper's Nest/Lightning Room/Secret Password. Three pedestals are in the center and in the cabinets are glowing rocks (similar to the Sankara Stones from Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom). Place the glowing rooms onto the pedestals to unlock the nearest door.

I'll try to think of more soon.

Let's try this then:

The Royal Graveyard - This room I mentioned in my World's Collide fanfic. It's a twist on the Tomb of the Headless Kings. Put a headstone found in the room in front of one of three plots of ground in the middle. Once you place it in the correct spot, the doors open.

The Chamber Of The Flaming Skull - A giant skull is in the middle of a strange room and to activate it's flames surrounding it (probably cloth/paper mache for safety reasons, to give the illusion of it being ablaze). To activate the flames and allow passageway to other rooms nearby, place two rocks in it's eyes you can find on nearby columns. Placing the rocks in the eyes activates the flames and allows passageway through nearby rooms.
