Well, keep in mind they're not as... superlative as they are in the United States. Over in Germany, they're well-known, but not the most famous act as from their country by any means. I'm guessing that's part of why the politician behind the temporary censorship, Ursula von der Leyen, went ahead and indexed the album, even though they'd done worse. For about a year, only adults could buy the album in Germany, and even then, with "Ich Tu Dir Weh" removed entirely.
