Guys, I really think all of the contestants who were successful in the temple (getting artifact out in time) deserve credit, especially the ones you've been dissing like Mitchell. They're all winners!

And I suppose the Red Jaguars from "The Keys to the Alhambra" deserve credit for winning the tiebreaker as well, don't they?

No, just the teams that made it out of the temple with the item before time ran out, and yes, that includes Mask of Shaka Zulu and Marian's Silk Ladder. A winner is someone who succeeds. In this case, I'm talking about the temple runs that were successful.

But you're not considered "perfect and amazing" in a heartbeat just because you won. I mean, you have victories where people are racing out of the temple in full speed. And victories where you have all "hit the actuator" rooms and walk through the whole temple. Which one would be better?

Yeah, it's not always that black and white.  While I'm still on the not-so-popular "Mitchell had a strategy" boat, I can't really say I agree with you about some of the other less-liked victors.  Taking a closer look, several of the show's wins were pretty much guaranteed because the producers felt generous.  Other players had to go the extra mile and work harder for theirs.

And it's like I said on the legends discussion the other night. Some of the Season 1 victors would probably fail in a Season 3 temple.
