I also give it a 5. Sorry to say this, but I find it just plain overrated. Shane was just lucky. He was average skilled, average paced, and he hesitated quite a bit really. I always thought this run got way too much credit and I always forget this is even a win. Shane did a decent job, but I never liked it.

I enjoy the "Very Tall Turban" run, so I gave it a 7. Like I've said before, a number of the victories on the show came about because of the team's ability to bypass multiple guards. I don't think that Shane's encountering only one guard should be held against his performance, even though it was "lucky" that a second guard wasn't on his nine-room path to the Very Tall Turban. In fact, his completing nine objectives is very impressive, considering the fact that only three of them were "hit the actuator" rooms (Ledges, Swamp, Dark Forest). He also had to ride the Mineshaft elevator, assemble the Silver Monkey, and complete the King's Storeroom; all of these objectives took up time. I don't believe that Shane hesitated too much; his only big delay was getting caught in the netting in the Swamp. Aside from that, I feel that he was pretty quick and had a very strong performance.

I'll give it a 6. While Shane got lucky with 9 rooms with 1 Temple Guard, he almost botched the run at the end by pulling a Ron, but he fixed himself and won. Plus it was annoying with all those times the VoiceOver of Kirk saying Shane like 20 times. "Hey Shane, when you coming back Shane, Nice Job Shane" Although it was a nice Green Monkey win.

I think this is a good stopping point for Ahmed Baba. It finishes with a score of 6.0.

I am going to do "The Trojan Horseshoe" next.

I gave "The Trojan Horseshoe" a 6. There is not much to say about this win TBH. This was a good Green Monkey team, but there is nothing that sticks out about this win at all. I mean all of the other wins on the show has something that sticks out, but this one is just pretty average. It was still a good team effort though and I don't have complaints about either player really. The run just isn't memorable or very exciting. I know it shares a layout similar to another certain Barracuda run from S1 that gets more praised, but that particular run gets it for various reasons. Long story short, a good Season One team win that was pretty forgettable and kind of boring.

The Trojan Horseshoe gets a 6. This is only memorable for being the first of the Green Monkey wins.

I give it a 6. It's not an amazing victory, but it's not terrible either. There's a reason John Sutter gets more praise, despite having almost the same layout. John Sutter was MUCH more exciting and more memorable. Trojan Horseshoe was just plain average.

I gave the Trojan Horseshoe a 6 also. I always seem to think of "Lawrence of Arabia's Headdress" whenever the Trojan Horseshoe is brought up, and I think it has to do with the fact that the former is much more memorable and exciting. The Trojan Horseshoe run was very solid, and Kirk's excitement is his commentating is unusually over-the-top (in a good way). However, the fact that there wasn't anything extremely memorable to distinguish this run from others made me decide to give this run a 6.

I gave Freydis a score of a 9. This score might seem a little high, but there is so many things likable about this temple win. While Tarrah did get a little lucky with her path and was a little on the slow side, she also did many things right. She used the Shrine shortcut and completed most of her rooms at a good pace for her height. She still made it to the Milk Bucket with more than 30 seconds on the clock. And you have to give her credit for taking that nasty hit in the Pit and still managed to drag that bulky artifact through the Ledges and score a win at the last second. She never gave up at all. There was a reason she was about to fall apart at the end of the temple run.

It was a good effort by Tarrah, and addition, I find this win to be very exciting and memorable. We all remember this run for the jump and nasty fall in the Pit. Plus, this run came down to the wire and was very exciting to watch. This win deserves the 9.

I'm also giving it a 9. Solid effort by Tarrah, even if she took one wrong turn and was a little slow. I know this is basically an exact replica of "Buddha," but I always found "Freydis" a little more exciting.

I gave the "Milk Bucket of Freydis" a 9 also. It was a memorable and exciting run, all the way down to the final few seconds. Tarrah was a very good contestant, despite getting turned around in the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. In my opinion, that was the only thing that went "wrong" during her run. I commend her ability to have taken a hard hit in the Pit, brush it off, and keep going.
