Credit to karmew32 for the artifact name.

*The camera zooms in on a lush, tropical forest. As it makes its' way through, parts of a building can be seen. Finally, the camera pans on Olmec, who says...*

OLMEC: Legends of the Hidden Temple!

*We see two halves of a pendant of life crash together to form a single pendant of life as the temple itself scrolls by in the background*

OLMEC: With your guide, Kirk Fogg!

*The camera pans to the Ledges and Kirk pops out from where the entrance to the Cave of Size was. Kirk then climbs up the slide and down the steps to the temple gate*

KIRK: Thank you, thank you. Nice to see you. Nice to see you, Olmec. Welcome to "Legends of the Hidden Temple". The rooms are filled with mysterious treasures that are protected by ancient mayan temple guards. Only Olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple. Which one are we going to hear about today?"

OLMEC: The Legend of Thomas Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence.

KIRK: Ah, the legend of Thomas Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence! Well, one of our six teams will have a chance to retrieve the quill pen. Will it be the Red Jaguars?

The Blue Barracudas?
The Green Monkeys?
The Orange Iguanas?
The Purple Parrots?
Or the Silver Snakes?

KIRK: They'll have to pass some tough physical and mental tasks, but in the end only one team will earn the right to enter Olmec's Temple. But first, they have to cross the most, and Olmec's going to tell them how they have to do it today.

OLMEC: Before you are a series of vines that span the width of the moat. When Kirk gives the signal, the first player on each team will swing on the first vine to the second vine, then the second vine to the third vine, and so on. When the first partner reaches the other side of the moat, it will be their partner's turn to do the same. But be careful! If you fall in the moat or your feet touch the water, you will have to go back and try again. The first four teams to ring their gongs will go on to the next round! *Kirk rings the Silver Snakes' gong for clarification*

KIRK: Thank you Olmec. OK, teams are you ready?

TEAMS: Yeah!!!

KIRK: Olmec, are you ready?

OLMEC: I was born ready.

KIRK: All right then! On your mark, get set, go!

*Promptly on the word go, all six teams swing out to the second vine, but the Purple Parrots and Orange Iguanas touch the water and are sent back. Shortly thereafter, the first players on the other four teams have made it across and their partners start. But just as the first players on the Iguanas and Parrots make it across, it's too late as the other four teams gong in at the same time.*

KIRK: OK, that's it! That was a quick moat, and you two had no trouble at all getting across! Going on to the Steps of Knowledge are the Silver Snakes! And the Green Monkeys! And the Blue Barracudas! And the Red Jaguars! Purple Parrots and Orange Iguanas gave it a valiant effort. We have a great gift for them and here's what it is.

DEE: It's a $50 gift card to Target! Good on games, toys, books, clothes and more! And it's redeemable at any Target store in the USA! Target, Expect More, Pay Less.
